Challenge Josh explained that he always found responding to common questions and engaging with clients extremely time consuming. He had used many of Sendible’s competitors in the past. While each one had specific benefits, all had pitfalls, these included a lack of features and poor customer service. Three years ago he discovered Sendible, signed up for a Marketer account, very quickly upgraded and hasn’t looked back since.
Solution While trialling Sendible’s competitors, Josh quickly noticed that the other tools didn’t do automation as well as Sendible. ‘We decided to use Sendible to check how successful personalized automated messages could be. We created a Sendible account which we called ‘Yes, this is automated!’ We then sent out automated responses if

someone asked about Social Media Management tools. They then received a personalized response from us saying ‘Hello X, we found this tool to be useful, we would love to hear your thoughts.’ We were amazed at the results…about 14 000 clicks in only 3 months. It was a win-win situation for us, very little time spent for us as it was all automated and the recipients were thrilled about the seemingly ‘personal’ response they received.’ According to Josh, Sendible’s most valuable features are the automation capabilities as well as scheduling. ‘People just don’t have time to sit and
