NIDO AUTOMATICO COLLETTIVO A 1 E 2 PIANI AVIO è un nido progettato sia per l’allevamento di ovaiole riproduttrici che di ovaiole da consumo. Il nido collettivo AVIO con raccolta automatica fornisce alle galline un ambiente molto confortevole per la deposizione delle uova. La particolare cura con cui è costruito non danneggia le uova e le mantiene pulite. La raccolta automatizzata permette di ridurre drasticamente la manodopera. La modularità del nido AVIO consente una ottimale disposizione longitudinale con blocchi di nidi intervallati da passaggi che favoriscono la naturale circolazione degli animali. L’ingresso delle galline avviene sui due fronti e le uova deposte su di uno speciale tappetino, scivolano dolcemente nel canale di raccolta protette da una tela che impedisce alle galline di beccarle. Ogni foro è dotato di un fondo in rete zincata a caldo e di un tappetino forato in materiale sintetico AstroTurf®, entrambi estraibili per le pulizie. Per eliminare il problema della cova delle uova, all’interno di ogni foro si trova un pannello mobile di rete metallica che, con una serie alternata di piccoli movimenti e lunghe pause accompagna gentilmente la gallina fuori dal nido. Negli orari programmati dall’allevatore, il pannello impedisce l’ingresso alle galline; avremo così un nido più pulito. Tramite un nastro molto largo in polipropilene rigido, le uova giungono direttamente nel locale adibito alla raccolta su di uno speciale tavolo; la velocità del nastro è regolabile a seconda del numero di uova in arrivo. Il nastro è forato allo scopo di scaricare lo sporco e per consentire alle uova di rimanere stabili senza rotolare durante la raccolta. L’aerazione dei nidi e dei canali di raccolta è garantita dallo speciale tetto rialzato.

AVIO is an automatic nest that is designed for both breeders and commercial layers. The care and attention given to the design and building of AVIO provides the hens with a comfortable environment in which to lay their eggs. The nest does not damage the eggs but keeps them safe and clean. The automatic collection system has two main advantages: less labour requirement and fewer floor eggs. The versatility of the AVIO nest allows it to be positioned back to back along the length of the poultry house. Wherever necessary spaces can be left between the nests to allow for the natural circulation of the birds. Hens can enter through either side of each block of nest. Eggs are laid onto a special synthetic pad and roll gently into a central collecting channel. Each nest floor has a galvanized wire mesh and a perforated AstroTurf® mat, both of which can be easily removed for cleaning. The hens can be prevented from sitting in the nests for too long at any given period of time. Inside each nest there is a hinged galvanized rod panel, which can be automatically advanced with a series of short movements alternating with long pauses to gently encourage the hens out of the nest. When the panel is fully advanced it prevents entry into the nest during the times programmed by the operator (e.g. during the night). In this way it is possible to maintain a cleaner nest. The eggs travel along a wide, rigid, polypropylene belt and arrive safely at the designated collection point. The belt speed can be adjusted electronically in accordance with the number of eggs it is transporting. A series of holes in the collecting belt discharge any dirt and ensure that the eggs do not roll during collection. To increase hatchability, it is very important that the eggs cool as quickly as possible. Adequate nest and channel aeration is guaranteed by the mesh floor and the special raised roof which gives a chimney effect.

AVIO est un pondoir conçu à la fois pour la poule pondeuse reproductrice et pour la poule pondeuse œufs de consommation. Le pondoir collectif AVIO avec ramassage automatique fournit aux poules un environnement très confortable pour la ponte. Le soin particulier avec lequel il a été construit favorisent la ponte, n’endommagent pas les œufs et les maintiennent propres sans fêlures. Le ramassage automatisé permet de réduire considérablement la main d’œuvre pendant l’élevage. La modularité du pondoir AVIO permet une disposition longitudinale optimale, avec des blocs de pondoirs espacés par des passages, favorisant la circulation naturelle des animaux. Les poules entrent par les deux côtés du pondoir et pondent leurs œufs sur un tapis en AstroTurf® perforé. Les œufs se déplacent ensuite doucement vers le canal de ramassage central, protégé par une toile qui empêche les poules de les becqueter. Chaque pondoir est équipé d’un plancher constitué d’une grille, zingué à chaud et d’un tapis AstroTurf®, tous les deux facilement extractibles pour le nettoyage. A l’intérieur de chaque pondoir, se trouve une grille mobile qui, par mis d’une série alternée des petits mouvements et des pauses longues, accompagne la poule vers la sortie. Restant fermé, ce panneau empêche l’accès au pondoir aux heures programmées par l’éleveur (par exemple pendant la nuit), et permet de maintenir le pondoir plus propre. Grâce à un tapis très large, en polypropylène rigide, les œufs arrivent directement sur une table de ramassage dans le magasin. La vitesse du tapis est réglable électriquement en fonction du nombre d’œufs à l’arrivée. Le tapis perforé permet d’évacuer les saletés et de maintenir les œufs stables, sans les faire rouler pendant le ramassage. L’aération des pondoirs et des canaux de ramassage est assurée par le plancher sous forme de grille, et par le toit surélevé du pondoir, ce qui permet d’obtenir un effet cheminée.

La particolare cura con cui è costruito non danneggia le uova e le mantiene pulite. La raccolta automatizzata permette di ridurre drasticamente la manodopera. La modularità del nido ZEUS consente un’ ottimale distribuzione longitudinale, con blocchi di nidi intervallati da passaggi che favoriscono la naturale circolazione degli animali. The care and attention given to the design and manufacturing of ZEUS provides the hens with a comfortable environment in which to lay their eggs. All wooden components of ZEUS nest are made of multiple ply wooden boards, resistant to wear and contamination. The nest does not damage the eggs but keeps them safe and clean. The automatic collection system has two main advantages, less labour requirement and fewer floor eggs. The versatility of ZEUS nest allows it to be positioned back to back along the length of the poultry house. Wherever necessary spaces can be left between the nests to allow for the natural circulation of the birds. Hens can enter through either side of each block of nest. Eggs are laid onto a special synthetic pad and roll gently into a central collecting channel. Each nest floor has a galvanized wire mesh, a perforated Astroturf® mat and a polypropylene sheet in between the two to eliminate cold air draught, and all of these components can be easily removed for cleaning. Each nest is equipped with a galvanized rod hinged panel, which can be automatically closed with a series of short movements alternating with long pauses to gently encourage the hens out of the nest. When the panel is fully forward it prevents entry into the nest during the times programmed by the operator (e.g. during the night). In this way it is possible to maintain a cleaner nest. ZEUS est un pondoir conçu à la fois pour la poule pondeuse reproductrice et pour la poule pondeuse œufs de consommation, construit selon la philosophie SKA: avec une grande attention au détail pour la facilité d’utilisation et le nettoyage. Le pondoir ZEUS avec ramassage automatique fournit aux poules une ambiance confortable et idéale pour la ponte. La plus part des composants de ZEUS sont réalisés en plusieurs couches de bois spécifiquement traité de façon qu’il ne détériore pas et qu’il soit lavable. La modularité du pondoir ZEUS permet une distribution longitudinale optimale avec bloc de pondoirs alternés aux passages qui favorisent la naturelle circulation des animaux. L’entrée des poules est sur les deux cotés et les œufs pondus sur un tapis spécial, roulent doucement sur le canal de ramassage protégés d’une toile qui empêche aux poules de les picorer. Chaque trou est fourni d’un plancher constitué d’une grille zinguée à chaud, d’un tapis percé en matériel synthétique AstroTurf®, et une plaque en polypropylène pour isoler le pondoir des courants d’air; tous composants facilement amovibles pour permettre le nettoyage. A l’intérieur de chaque trou se trouve une grille métallique qui, parmì une série alternée de petits mouvements et de pauses longues, accompagne la poule vers la sortie. Pendant les horaires programmés par l’éleveur, la grille empêche l’accès aux poules, en assurant un pondoir plus propre. Grace à un tapis en polypropylène très large, les œufs arrivent directement sur une table placée dans le salle de ramassage; la vitesse du tapis est réglable selon le nombre des œufs qui arrivent. Le tapis est percé pour laisser tomber la poussière et pour maintenir les œufs stables sans les faire rouler pendant le ramassage. Le montage de ZEUS est très simple et rapide.

MANGIATOIA POLIVALENTE LYRA mangiatoia polivalente è studiata per garantire ottimi risultati con polli, anatre, faraone, galline ovaiole da consumo e galli. Le grandi finestre della griglia e la ghiera centrale facilitano l’ingresso dei pulcini nel piatto impedendo di passeggiarvi dentro e garantiscono agli adulti la massima accessibilità al mangime. Lo speciale bordo antispreco riduce al minimo la fuoriuscita di mangime dal piatto anche con le anatre, le faraone e le ovaiole da consumo. Appollaiandosi su questo bordo, i pulcini mangiano comodamente sin dal primo giorno e a 8-10 giorni di vita cominciano ad alimentarsi solo dall’esterno del piatto. LYRA raggiunge così il duplice obiettivo di ottimizzare la velocità di crescita nel primo periodo e mantenere pulito il mangime per l’intero ciclo. La fessura tra la griglia e il bordo del piatto consente il riciclo della piccola parte di mangime dispersa dagli animali in movimento vicino al margine del piatto. Un apposito collare da montare sul piatto, è disponibile come accessorio per anatre oltre i 40/45 giorni. Il tubo di scarico è composto di 2 parti così ogni singola mangiatoia può essere rimossa o aggiunta senza smontare la tubazione. Il noto sistema brevettato SKA per la regolazione centralizzata della quantità di alimento nelle mangiatoie è stato ulteriormente sviluppato. All’inizio del ciclo è sufficiente scegliere una delle tre posizioni che determinano il livello del mangime nel piatto quando la mangiatoia è in posizione adulti. Con una semplice e rapida manovra la mangiatoia può essere messa in posizione di lavaggio ottenendo così la sua libera rotazione intorno al tubo di scarico anche sotto l’azione di un getto di acqua. La regolarità di tutte le superfici, l’assenza di zone di ristagno, il piatto incernierato e la posizione di lavaggio assicurano una veloce ed efficace pulizia. Con LYRA non è più un problema cambiare tipo di animale, razza o durata dei cicli. L’allevatore può convertire gli impianti a nuova tipologia di allevamento senza onerosi investimenti.

LYRA multipurpose pan feeder has been designed to guarantee excellent results with broilers, ducks, guinea-fowl, commercial layers and cockerels. The special grid shape and the central ring let chicks freely use the pan but discourages them from stepping into it, at the same time assuring maximum feed access. The special rim reduces to a minimum the feed waste in all conditions, including use by ducks, guinea-fowl and commercial layers. Dayold chicks can easily reach into the pan while perching on the rim, and after 8-10 days they start to feed from outside of the pan. In this way, LYRA achieves the double aim of improving the growing time in the first period and maintaining clean feed during the whole cycle. The slot between the grid and the pan edge allows any spillage to fall back into the pan, so recycling the small quantity of feed which is usually wasted as a result of bird movement close to the pan. For ducks 40/45 days old an extension collar with recesses is available, to increase the diameter and the depth of the feeding space. The SKA patented system known for the centralized adjustment of the level of the feed in the pans has been further improved. At the beginning of the cycle one of the three feed levels is selected. With a simple and easy operation you can put the feeder into the cleaning position where it is free to turn around the drop tube under a jet of water. The smooth surfaces, the hinged pan and the cleaning position assure a quick and effective cleaning. Changing the type of birds to be reared or the cycle length will no longer be a problem. The farmer won’t be forced to face expensive investments to adapt the installations to the new requirements. LYRA est une mangeoire polyvalente étudiée pour garantir d’excellents résultats avec les poulets de chair, les dindes, les canards, les pintades, les poules pondeuses et les coqs. Les grandes fenêtres de la grille et le collier facilitent l’accès des poussins dans l’assiette, en les empêchant de se promener dedans et, en même temps, ils garantissent un accès maximum à la nourriture. Le bord spécial anti gaspillage bien proéminent réduit au minimum la sortie de l’aliment de l’assiette. Même avec des animaux comme les canards, les pintades et les poules pondeuses, le gaspillage est vraiment minimum. Le bord du collier et celui de l’assiette créent un appui confortable sur lequel les poussins peuvent se percher et s’alimenter dès les premiers jour. Passés les premiers 8-10 jours de vie ils commencent à s’alimenter seulement de l’extérieur de l’assiette. De cette façon LYRA rejoint le double objectif d’optimiser la rapidité de croissance pendant la première période et de maintenir la nourriture propre pendant le cycle entier. La fente entre la grille et le bord de l’assiette permet le recyclage de la petite partie de nourriture qui est dispersée par les animaux en mouvement près du bord de l’assiette. Pour les canards dès 40/45 jours est disponible une collerette anti gaspi qui s’assemble sur le bord externe de l’assiette. Le tuyau de descente est composé par 2 parties, ainsi une mangeoire peut être déplacée ou ajoutée sans désassembler les tuyaux. Le système breveté de SKA pour le réglage centralisé de la quantité de nourriture dans les mangeoires a été développé. En début de cycle il est nécessaire de choisir une des trois positions qui déterminent le niveau d’aliment contenu dans l’assiette, quand commencera le soulèvement du sol. Avec un simple et rapide mouvement la mangeoire peut être mise dans la position de lavage en obtenant ainsi sa libre rotation autour du tuyau de descente aussi pendant l’action d’un jet d’eau. Avec LYRA ce ne sera plus nécessaire de chercher un produit spécifique pour chaque type d’animal.

Nowadays it is important to choose feeding systems which minimise feed waste, require less labour and help to maintain excellent hygienic conditions for the birds. LEO is different because it has been designed and constructed to meet specific objectives: to feed day old chicks; to encourage chicks to feed from outside the pan; to reduce feed waste by older birds; to convert the chick feed pans to grower feeders with one single movement for the whole line. Thanks to the formation of a plentiful cone of feed and a pan with a height of 6.3 cm or 7.5 cm day-old chicks can feed without difficulty. It teaches the chicks to remain outside the pan, thanks to the feed retaining arches which, from day 3 onwards, prevent the chicks from getting into the pan. Trials with the LEO feeder on commercial farms showed that it reduced feed waste regardless of the age of the birds. The feed level can be easily changed using the regulator ring which offers 5 setting options. LEO allows the poultryman to convert the whole line with one movement. The special SKA patented system using a lifting winch allows the situation to be changed from a plentiful supply of feed for young chicks to controlled feeding for the remainder of the growing period. At the end of the flock cycle, a one-handed movement of the unhooking straps, returns the feed pan ready for chick feeding again.

Aujourd’hui il est important de choisir une installation d’alimentation qui permet un minimum de gaspillage d’aliment, une réduction de main d’œuvre et des bonnes conditions sanitaires et d’hygiène pour les poulets. LEO se distingue parce qu’elle a été modelée pour alimenter correctement les poulets du premier jour; pour les éduquer à manger de l’extérieur de l’assiette. Elle permet d’effectuer le passage de mangeoire pour poussins à mangeoire pour poulets avec une seule manœuvre pour toute la ligne. Grâce à la sortie d’un ample cône d’aliment et à une assiette d’une hauteur de 6,3 cm ou 7,5 cm seulement, le poussin d’un jour peut s’alimenter à volonté sans effort. Elle éduque les poussins à s’alimenter de la partie extérieure de l’assiette grâce aux arcs qui contiennent l’aliment et dès 3ème jour empêchent l’entrée des poussins dans l’assiette. Des tests conduits dans l’élevage permettent de constater que la mangeoire LEO réduit le gaspillage d’aliment avec des animaux de n’importe quel âge. La quantité d’aliment est facilement modifiable en utilisant l’embout de régulation qui a 5 niveaux différents. LEO aide l’éleveur parce qu’il peut effectuer la régulation du niveau d’aliment de toute la ligne en même temps. Grâce au système breveté SKA, en utilisant le treuil, on passe avec une seule manœuvre d’une position indiquée pour les poussins à la position pour les poulets.

MANGIATOIA PER POLLI DA CARNE EOS è la nuova ed innovativa mangiatoia progettata da SKA per l’intero settore dei polli da carne. EOS è stata studiata nei minimi particolari in modo da adattarsi alla perfezione alle esigenze degli animali, sia durante i primi giorni che durante gli ultimi giorni del ciclo. Nei primi giorni la mangiatoia viene posata al suolo. Il piatto basso (soli 55 mm di altezza) facilita ai pulcini l’accesso al mangime. La principale caratteristica di questa mangiatoia è la campana, la quale è in grado di ridurre notevolmente la superficie aperta del piatto, impedendo così ai pulcini di entrare all’interno; in questo modo non ci sono sprechi, il mangime rimane pulito e non vi è rischio di intrappolamento. Il passaggio dalla fase pulcini a quella adulti viene fatto progressivamente mediante una regolazione centralizzata, che si aziona sollevando l’intera linea di mangiatoie per mezzo del verricello; la quantità di mangime che fuoriesce nel piatto diminuisce in maniera lineare grazie ad un innovativo sistema di finestrelle rotanti. Dopo circa dieci giorni dall’inizio del ciclo, la mangiatoia viene sollevata dal suolo e la campana raggiunge la sua massima apertura; a questo punto, essa non è più un impedimento e permette anche ai polli più grossi, con un peso superiore ai 3 kg, di raggiungere comodamente la parte più interna del piatto. La regolazione del livello di mangime finale viene effettuata già prima dell’inizio del ciclo, in questo modo l’allevatore non sarà costretto ad effettuare alcuna operazione; è possibile comunque variare il livello di mangime anche a ciclo in corso semplicemente ruotando il piatto, operazione estremamente facile e veloce.

EOS is the new and innovative feeder designed by SKA for the broiler industry. EOS has been studied in detail to fit perfectly to the needs of the chickens, from the first days until the end of the cycle. In the early days, the pan is laid on the ground. The flat bottom (just 55 mm high) makes it very easy for chicks to access feed. The main feature of this feeder is the center bell, which greatly reduces the open area, thus prevents the chicks from getting inside, so there is no waste, the feed stays clean and there is no risk of them getting caught. The transition from chicks to adults is done gradually by means of the centralized winching system that lifts the entire line of feeders. This way the amount of feed that is deposited into the pan decreases, thanks to an innovative system of rotating windows. On the tenth day of the growing cycle the pan is lifted from the floor, minimizing feed delivery and maximizing space, allowing easy feeding even for heavier birds weighing more than 3 kg. The final feed level depth is selected before the beginning of the cycle, it can be still changed, should the need arise, by simply turning the pan around the drop tube.

EOS est la mangeoire nouvelle et innovatrice étudiée par SKA pour les poulets de chair. EOS a été étudié dans tous les détails pour s’adapter parfaitement aux exigences des animaux du démarrage à la fin du cycle. Pendant les premiers jours, l’assiette est placée au sol. L’assiette basse (seulement 55 mm de haut) facilite l’accès des poussins à la nourriture. La caractéristique principale de cette assiette est la cloche, qui réduit considérablement le volume intérieur, et empêche aux poussins d’entrer à l’intérieur, ce qui diminue le gaspillage. La nourriture reste propre et il n’y a aucun risque pour le poussin de rester bloqué dans l’assiette. Le passage de la phase poussins à celle adulte se fait progressivement de part un réglage centralisé actionné en relevant toute la ligne grâce à un treuil. La quantité de nourriture qui sort dans l’assiette diminue grâce à un nouveau système de sortie rotatif. Après environs 10 jours du début du cycle, l’assiette est soulevée du sol et la cloche s’ouvre à son maximum. A ce point-là, elle n’empêche plus aux poulets plus lourds de rejoindre la partie centrale de l’assiette. Le réglage du niveau de nourriture est généralement effectué dès le début du cycle, de cette façon l’éleveur n’est plus obligé à faire une opération; cependant il est possible de changer le niveau d’aliment pendant le cycle simplement en tournant l’assiette, opération très simple et rapide.

Day old chicks can easily reach the plentiful cone of feed in each pan. In this first period the adjustment of feed level is centralised by means of the winching system. Afterwards the simple rotation of the grill is enough to adjust the feed level. A small amount of feed in the pan avoids waste, ensures a more uniform feed distribution and gives a constant supply of fresh feed. At the end of the cycle, the pan can be easily hooked on one side of the grid to allow cleaning operations. The feeding pans are installed every 75 cm or 100 cm.

Le poussin d’un jour peut s’alimenter à volonté grâce à la sortie d’un cône d’aliment lequel remplie abondamment l’assiette. Le réglage du niveau d’aliment, dans cette phase est effectué en même temps sur toutes les assiettes grâce au treuil de soulèvement. Pour les autres phases une simple rotation de la grille permet de régler le niveau de l’aliment. La mangeoire GAMMA permet une alimentation contrôlée, la forme de l’assiette garantie l’absence de gaspillage. Une quantité limitée de farine dans l’assiette permet d’avoir une distribution plus uniforme et de la nourriture toujours fraiche. A la fin de la période d’élevage, I’assiette est facilement démontable de la grille et elle peut être suspendue pour les opérations de nettoyage. Les assiettes sont installées tous les 75 cm ou 100 cm.

Fissata alla tubazione al fine di eliminare oscillazioni e distorsioni è in grado di garantire uniformità nella distribuzione e nel livello di mangime. La parte superiore è realizzata in acciaio zincato di alta qualità con un nuovo sistema di fissaggio alla tubazione e 4 robuste molle per l’aggancio del piatto. ATOS pan feeder is a fully suspended, feed pan and auger system, conceived and designed for cockerels in houses with separate feeding for males and females. Because their feed is rationed the powerful and aggressive male birds are highly motivated to eat very quickly as soon as the feed appears. The ideal feed pan has to be strong, and very stable, with a minimum of restriction of access. SKA, with their expertise and long experience have been able to meet these criteria in the design of the ATOS feeder, which is firmly attached to the auger pipe, allowing a uniform feed level and distribution. The upper part of feeder is made from high quality galvanized steel, with a new clamping arrangement which helps to achieve the necessary stability. The four strong steel arms that support the pan, give maximum access to the feed. The auger conveyor has also been carefully designed to quickly deliver a quantity of fresh feed into all the pans in the line as soon as the auger starts running. This is achieved by the use of a longer pitch auger coil, a high speed drive unit and special outlet slots in the galvanized steel tubes, which are positioned according to a progressive pattern calculated by SKA to ensure simultaneous delivery of feed in all the pans.

ATOS est un nourrisseur automatique avec assiette et spirale complètement relevable, conçu spécialement pour l’alimentation des coqs. Les coqs sont très agressifs et vigoureux; le rationnement alimentaire les rend encore plus énervés et affamés. La mangeoire idéale doit donc être solide, stable et assez large pour permettre un accès suffisant aux coqs. La compétence et l’expérience de SKA ont permis de réunir ces critères dans la nouvelle mangeoire ATOS. Cette mangeoire, est fixée au tube de façon à éliminer toutes les oscillations et les distorsions, en garantissant une distribution et un niveau uniforme d’alimentation. La partie supérieure est réalisée en acier galvanisé de haute qualité, avec un système de fixation au tube et quatre ressorts robustes, en acier, pour accrocher l’assiette. Il s’agit donc d’un produit très stable, qui a une largeur suffisante, et qui permet ainsi un accès facilité aux coqs. Le système de transport de l’aliment, par spirale, a été modifié et adapté afin d’assurer, au démarrage de la spirale, une quantité constante d’aliment frais dans chaque assiette de la ligne. Cet objectif est atteint grâce à une spirale à pas supérieur et à une vitesse double de la vis par rapport à la vitesse normale. Les orifices des tubes et leurs positionnement programmé selon la longueur de l’installation, permettent une distribution simultanée dans chaque assiette.

SUPERPITO is designed to adapt itself to modern turkey rearing conditions. In recent years weights reached by male turkeys have risen by over 20% and feeding them requires specific feed pans. SUPERPITO follows the growth of the turkey because it is equipped with two special, interchangeable plastic pans that are easily washable and specially designed for the two stages of the growing periods. The low pan, is designed to feed the young turkeys as much as they want from day-old, while preventing them getting inside. The high pan, particularly wide and deep with ample capacity, follows the development of the turkey and feeds it correctly without waste. SUPERPITO is efficient and economical. Its installation is easily controlled and it can be raised by a ceiling mounted winch. The adjustment of the feed level in the pans is centralized by means of an exclusive, SKA patented method. All of these features guarantee economy and reduce the use of labour to a minimum.

SUPERPITO est étudiée pour s’adapter aux conditions les plus modernes de l’élevage de dindes. Depuis ces dernières années, les poids des dindons a augmenté de plus de 20% et l’alimentation de ces animaux demande des mangeoires spécifiques. SUPERPITO suit la croissance de la dinde parce qu’elle est équipée de deux plateaux en plastique facile à laver spécialement étudiés pour les différentes phases d’élevage. L’assiette basse est conçue pour nourrir à volonté les dindes du premier jour, mais en empêchant l’accès. L’assiette haute est d’une conception spéciale, ample et profonde, adaptée au développement de la dinde. Elle permet une alimentation correcte sans gaspillage. Toute la mangeoire est en plastique pour SUPERPITO, rationnelle et économique. L’installation est facilement réglable et peut être soulevée à l’aide d’un treuil de plafond. FLATLINE is the most popular solution for the feeding of breeder females, commercial layers and pullets. The main feature is the flexibility of the system, its diverse number of components can be increased at any time and position, so that the system can develop as needed. FLATLINE can be on the floor if provided with legs for the trough couplers, on the slats with the couplers in specially designed supports or be completely suspended for daily or less frequent raising and lowering. Thanks to a range of different troughs for each type of poultry farming, FLATLINE avoids feed wastage and encourages the birds to behave naturally. Troughs for breeders are fitted with grids of various sizes and construction to prevent cockerels from accessing the females feed. SKA hardened steel chain is compatible with the feeding systems from other important brands and it stands out for its high resistance to load and to wear. Sur le boitard on peut assembler des rehausses (partie supérieure trémie) pour arriver à une capacité de 70 kg ou 180 kg.

TREMIE SIMPLIFIEE avec boitard indépendant

Version qui remplace la trémie par un boitard indépendant assemblé sur le canal d’alimentation. Cette solution est combinable au système de relevage quotidien et à la distribution de l’aliment du silo de part des tubes flexibles qui s’adaptent au boitard et au système de relevage.

Disegnato per realizzare curve di 90° o 135° le ruote folli con boccola in speciale plastica auto-lubrificante riducono l’attrito. Tutte le parti sottoposte a strisciamento sono in acciaio temprato.

Designed to turn the chain through 90° or 135°, the wheels in combination with synthetic bushes allow smooth operation even at high speeds.
