EZRA TUCKER Maternal Manner | Acrylic on Canvas | 48”x58” framed Ezra Tucker’s painting of an Elk cow and calf was inspired by his observation of the beauty and warmth of the nurturing and protective relationship of mother to offspring. Ezra captured the subtle interaction and physical contact of the Mother elk with itsʼ offspring teaching the calf survival skills.

His objective was to depict up-close, their reaction to the moment they become aware of a non-threatening admiring audience.
