1. What is the Lease Orientation?

Upon being accepted into the Conventional Public Housing Program the resident will sit down with the property office who will explain the lease and obligations of each party. 2. Why is the denial of a repayment agreement not grievable?

The denial of the repayment agreement is grievable. 3. Will the Notice of Inspection be specific as to the date and time of inspection?

The Housing Authority will make its best efforts to be specific as to date and time when possible. 4. Why will residents be required to have annual criminal background checks during

the recertification process? The Housing Authority will remove this section in the proposed ACOP as it pertains to yearly criminal background checks. 5. What will happen to the current preferences if they are not included as a preference

next year? The preference will be lost.
