Ms. Hayes’ asked whether condo’s count under section 15. Ms. Hayes’ asked whether a family can be terminated after 6 months of receiving home assistance. Ms. Martin-Mason took note of the questions. Socrates Demetrius, RAB, asked if the Home Ownership Program is still in place. Nicole McCray-Dickerson, Acting Director, Housing Choice Voucher Program responded in the affirmative. Ms. Taylor, RAB, suggested clearer language in section 15.7(m). Chapter 16 Public, asked what program administration consists of. Ms. Martin-Mason provided an overview of program administration.

Public asked what SEMAP is? Ms. McCray-Dickerson, responded that the SEMAP is the report that the Department of Housing and Urban Development gives to the Housing Authority. . Ms. Martin-Mason provided an overview of the Grievance Procedure and changes in the proposed plan. Public asked who the hearing officers are? Mrs. Martin-Mason responded that the hearing officers are neutral, not employees of the Housing Authority, and attorneys. Chapter 17 Ms. Martin-Mason provided an overview of Chapter 17 acknowledging the new addition under “SFHA owned housing.� Ms. Hayes, RAB, for an explanation on what the difference is between project and tenant based vouchers?
