3. Performance Appraisals:  Collect all existing Performance Appraisal Forms  Look at how they relate to the current organizational strategic goals  Define what the rating scale is and standardize in a meaningful way. 4. Next Steps-Follow up: 

Meet with your intact teams to share Mission Statement: o Facilitate a round table discussion that promotes participation among staff to better identify with SFHA mission. o Brainstorm ways in which your staff is already supporting SFHA mission. o Identify (new) ways in which your staff can continue to support SFHA mission moving forward. Follow up on “spread the word” action items

5. Looking Ahead: (For discussion at the next senior staff meeting)  Form your ‘strategic team’ o Identify who you will be working in collaboration with to support the strategic goal you’re a champion of. o Discuss initial action items you will take with your strategic team. o Decide on a framework in which you work together (when meet, agendas, etc.).  Meet to discuss/review/revise/prioritize/set success measures if necessary the strategic actions (on the strategic plan document)
