AUG. 11–13 AND AUG. 18–20

The Santa Fe Parade of Homes is a self-guided tour of new and newly remodeled homes celebrating the best in design and construction. Homes are accessible 10 a.m.–5 p.m. on parade dates.

Tickets for the event are available for $20 online at santafeparadeofhomes.com and at participating homes along the parade route.

A map of participating homes and driving directions are available on pages 64–65. Special twilight tours of several homes are also available. These tours will occur on Friday, Aug.18, from 5 to 8 p.m. No ticket is required for the twilight tours. The following builders will open homes for twilight tours: Coyote Development Group (p. 72), Durabuild Construction Inc. (p. 76), Zachary & Sons Homes (p. 80), High Desert Construction (p. 84), Big Art Building Corp. (p. 86), Paul Davis Restoration, (p. 92), and Acacia Builders LLC (p. 100).

Bishop’s Lodge, Auberge Resorts Collection, welcomes the public for a unique opportunity to tour the Lamy Chapel during parade hours on the first weekend (Aug. 11–13). Learn more about the chapel’s recent restoration, how to visit, and a special promotion for parade-goers on page 106.
