MISSION
The mission of Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Incorporated is to provide service for humanity, elevate the plane of nursing, and to increase interest in the nursing profession.
The mission is accomplished through the encouragement of the pursuit of continuing education; recruitment programs for the health careers; stimulation of a close and friendly relationship among members; development of working relationships with other professional groups, and the identification of a corps of nursing leaders who can affect social changes at the national, regional, and local levels.

On behalf of the Southwest Region of Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Incorporated I am excited to welcome you to the 54th Annual Meeting and Education Conference hosted by the Iota Eta Chapter of Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Incorporated. This year’s conference will be taking place in Colorado Springs, Colorado home of the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Training Center. Our focus this year is advancing health equity through sustainable change, and I am certain that our educational offerings will be both informative and inspiring. Sorors and Fraters throughout the Southwest Region of Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Incorporated are working diligently to offer a sensational conference that supports both personal and professional development, as well as promotes sisterly and brotherly bonding. We encourage you to come early and stay late so that you can explore the many incredible natural and historical attractions and shopping that Colorado Springs has to offer.
This is the first in-person regional conference for the Southwest Region since the Covid-19 pandemic started and I can’t begin to express how excited I am to be back in-person. We hope that you will join us in-person in Colorado Springs, Colorado, March 2-5, 2023. I look forward to growing and bonding with you, together let’s R.E.A.C.H.

The members of the Iota Eta Chapter have committed significant time and resources to improve the lives of Colorado Springs citizens. Your sorority has provided necessary and compassionate medical care to our community through nursing. The Iota Eta Chapter of Chi Eta Phi represents a group of impeccable nurses striving to make a difference in our communities by elevating the plane of nursing and increasing interest in nursing. I recognize the significant achievements of Chi Eta Phi Sorority and its 85 year legacy of service. I extend my undeniable support to your sorority, leadership, and the guests at the 54th Annual Meeting and Education Nursing Conference.
