MILES OF MARCH 2018 Voice of the DRR “Dear Rotaractors, Greetings from Rotaract District Organization 3000. We have past two-third of our year with much of pride and still we have few mega events that will definitely take us to the peak. The month of March is very special because 50 years ago on March 13, 1968, Rotaract was coined and we are on the Golden Jubilee year now to celebrate and remember how Rotaract has evolved over days. I’m immensely proud of the projects and activities that have been done in the past eight months. It’s always a pleasure for me to attend the events organized by our Rotaractors and feel the excitement of the beneficiaries. Through this movement of Rotaract, we will be able to reach out to the people living in our society, identify their needs and satisfy them. I’m delighted to see all the service projects that are being done by our Rotaractors with lot of interest and passion. The most awaited Rotaract District Conference is on hand. It’s definitely going to be a wonderful show. We also have Golden Jubilee Celebration along with the Conference. I’m extremely thankful to everyone who has contributed in making this Golden Jubilee Year a remarkable one.” Regards, Rtr. B. Balachander DRR (2017-18) +91 96263 51115 rtrbalachander@gmail.com

From Editor’s Desk “Yes! It has been a great year so far! MILES, through which we showcase and propagate the good works being done by the clubs to the fellow Rotaractors has inspired many to do projects. MILES would not have been meaningful without all the fantabulous projects done by our Rotaractors. It has been a wonderful experience for me so far and I’m pretty confident we can keep up the same sense of pride and belonging over the remainder of the year to make this trendsetting year a grand success. Dear Readers and Leaders, I request everyone to help promote the MILES to achieve mile stones. Feedback / Suggestions / Brickbats if any may be mailed to Editor Rotaract 3000. Explore..! Experience..! Excel..!”
