Air Energi Today’s global oil and gas industry is a challenging environment to operate in as projects are increasingly delivered globally and ever more advanced technology is required to extract oil and gas from deeper formations. The biggest challenge facing the industry today, however, is people. There is an acute skills crisis which is exacerbated by a lack of domestic talent and an aging workforce. Finding people with the right skills and mobilising them safely and compliantly is key to ensuring projects remain on budget and on schedule. At Air Energi, we have experience of providing high-calibre candidates to clients operating in the oil and gas industry. We understand the challenges faced by clients when operating in a new environment and hiring talent in a competitive market, which is why our clients can draw upon our 30+ years of industry experience to support their recruitment campaigns. Technical Consultants Ensuring that we deliver the very best service to our clients and candidates is essential to our success. Our outstanding experience record has meant that we now feature on the Preferred Supplier Lists of most major oil and gas companies internationally and we have over 3,000 consultants on assignment. Our recruiters are discipline specialists who have extensive knowledge of their market. Their expertise combined with continued investment in industry specific job boards, forums and social media, means that our recruiters have access to over 150,000 pre-qualified skilled candidates on our database and a wider talent pool of up to 1 million oil and gas professionals. Our Search specialists work closely with our clients to create a tailored approach to each assignment. Our research teams identify the potential talent pool, which is presented using our Talent Mapping software. Following initial approaches, employer perception studies and salary benchmarking, we can create a long list of target candidates. Our shortlist is then presented following in-depth interviews, which usually include specific screening questions agreed with the client. Throughout the process, we will provide progress reports to demonstrate work completed and data compiled. Global Mobility Services World-scale projects require personnel from all corners of the globe. To make this as efficient as possible, our dedicated team of 150 Global Mobility specialists have been locally trained to support personnel, whether they be client staff, our consultants or candidates across the world. Air Energi‘s Global Mobility services mitigate the risks for personnel deployed overseas and ensure a smooth assignment process from start to finish. When mobilising candidates from one location to another, we understand the compliance, security and assignment requirements to guarantee that your personnel arrive safely on-site when you need them. We offer full deployment support services to personnel both pre and postmobilisation, supporting personnel be they national or expatriate. Our specialists are based at both point of origin and location of assignment to ensure that personnel receive a seamless service at all times. Our Global Mobility Services cover four key areas: Immigration, Employment Services, Income Tax and Social Payments and Destination Services. Immigration We approach our immigration services with an exceptional level of rigour and robustness. Clients can rely on our services to navigate the often highly complex, strict visa controls and complicated migration regulations. Our Global Mobility specialists have been trained locally so that they can provide immigration support to personnel wherever they are mobilised from and to. No two immigration scenarios are ever the same and so we don’t have a one size fits all policy but deal with personnel on a case-by-case basis. Services can include: • Pre-mobilisation preparation and management • Visas & work permits • Coordination of Certificate of Eligibility • Medical benefits, heath screenings and inoculations Employment Services Working overseas can be stressful as there are many elements to consider before a person can work legally and compliantly. We provide the framework for personnel to work abroad and take away the stressful and difficult problems that they can face. Employing our global network of locally based Global Mobility specialists, we can ensure a stress free relocation with support every step of the way.

Our Global Mobility specialists are trained to understand the local tax and social security requirements of their region. We also engage professional advisors to ensure that the advice that they provide is 100% accurate. As part of our service we will be responsible for the calculation and payment of local and national income tax and social security payments on behalf of each individual. We will also make sure that this money is deducted from their salary and paid directly to the tax authorities. Destination Services We know the importance of building a strong relationship with personnel when they have moved to a new location on assignment. Working abroad can be difficult for them and any dependents who arrive with them. For over 30 years, Air Energi has been supporting personnel from the moment they arrive in a location with local support from friendly and knowledgeable staff through to project completion. From a simple airport welcome to help with locating schools and support of settling-in, our destination services are there to make the relocation process as simple and easy as possible. Our Destination Services include • Assignment policy administration and counseling • Travel coordination services • Orientation services • Localisation • Repatriation services We also operate a 24/7 local emergency support line. This line connects directly to a member of the Air Energi team ensuring that any problems are dealt with promptly and rectified quickly. Integrated Project Solutions Air Energi draws upon decades of experience and lessons learned from delivering major capital projects as prime or sole manpower vendor to deliver our Integrated Project Solutions to reduce people-related risks on projects. As projects become increasingly complex, requiring an international and largely contingent workforce, we can support them from conception to first production. Our Integrated Project Solutions supports clients through advising on workforce requirements, mobilisation support and ongoing workforce management to mitigate the risks of project delays and overspend. Project Delivery Coordination Our Integrated Project Solutions ensure that we can support clients with their workforce needs from the conceptual phase of a project right through to commencement of operation/production. Throughout all phases of the project our clients can rely on a dedicated Account Manager who acts as the single interface for all workforce requirements for a project to streamline and simplify communication and activity between all parties. Project Delivery Process To assist in our project delivery we have developed a robust process which aligns with the project lifecycle to ensure that we can support the client in meeting their project objectives.

Consult Key risks and challenges facing any project in a competitive market are not just limited to the availability and attraction of suitable talent; it can include attractiveness of project locations, favourability of tax legislation, competitive rates and the ability to retain talent for long project durations; especially in the last six months of a project. Together with Queensland University of Technology, we have developed PREP™, a tool which provides a comprehensive breakdown of the six critical areas of peoplerisk unique to a project. The tool provides a detailed analysis of the areas of risk and helps to set the parameters to mitigate those risks. The six areas of risk are: • Project Appeal • Recruitment • Induction and Onboarding • Retention • Reassignment and Demobilisation • Compliance Plan Building a strong relationship with the project management team is key to developing the workforce strategy. All of our Integrated Project Solutions are developed based on the unique requirements of the individual project. We ensure that we have a thorough understanding of the project to ensure that we can tailor the perfect strategy for our client. Recruit Utilising our access to 1 million oil and gas professionals worldwide, our recruitment specialists are available to support the acquisition of staff in a timely and systematic fashion. Our recruitment services include reference and qualification checks, salary benchmarking and assessments on eligibility to work in the region. Our 150 Global Mobility specialists are trained locally to support with Immigration, Visas, International Payroll, Income Tax, Human Resources and Destination Services. Support As projects progress throughout each phase of the lifecycle the number of locations and support required can increase substantially. Air Energi’s Global Mobility Services are there to mitigate any risks for personnel deployed overseas and to ensure a smooth relocation process. Typical Global Mobility Services and support can include local registrations for residency, offshore training coordination, medical and emergency evacuations.
