’m always looking for fresh new ways to improve curb appeal. While I typically suggest adding or refreshing basic elements in neutral colors for sellers, I love to offer more bold ideas to my buyers. An easy and inexpensive way to give instant appeal is to paint your front TRADD door. This spring we are seeing STREET GREEN trends in lively colors such as beauDCR090 tiful hues of blues and greens. Take it a step further and change the door hardware. Not sure what finish to choose? According to BuilderOnline.com, like the matte black finishes that are dominating kitchen faucets, iron black finishes are getting a lot of attention on entry door locks.
