Vince Panepinto estimates that he sees eight to 10 shows at the Arcada Theatre each
year. That’s roughly one event for every glowing attribute Panepinto readily lists about the landmark at 105 E. Main St. Wideranging bands, friendly staff and comfortable, intimate seating are among them. “I tell everybody the Arcada Theatre is a small venue with the big-venue feel,” Panepinto says. That sounds good to Arcada owner Ron Onesti, who aims to augment the fan experience with a major renovation project now in its final act. Onesti anticipates two new restaurants, Rock ’N Za and Rock ’N Ravioli — the former a pizza and pinball stop, the latter a showcase of more traditional Italian fare, including some of Onesti’s recipes — to be completed this fall. Joining those offerings will be Studio 64, a nightclub in the space that previously housed the Arcada building’s VIP lounge; BarCada, a gaming saloon; and the Arcadian Suites, a lodging space with 11 music-themed suites. Patrons should expect the full complement of new entertainment within the Arcada to be ready by the time the
