Sherborne Business Breakfast
Thursday 28 November 2024
Welcome to the Sherborne Business Breakfast, where today Peter Oborne (d 74) will share his analysis of Starmer: A Preliminary Verdict. We are grateful to Peter for joining us.
We would also like to thank Rob Coleridge (h 97) and his team here at SMB London for hosting us this morning.
Founded in 1971 and based in London’s West End, SMB are recognised in the legal press and the wider industry as leaders across a range of practice areas.
From their civil liberties and criminal roots in Soho SMB have grown into a full-service law firm representing individuals and organisations – from people needing a trusted adviser to protect their rights and interests, to start-up businesses looking for professional guidance as they step up to the next level, to substantial businesses as they expand both in the UK and internationally.
Since they began, their values and principles have remained at the core of their firm, as has the Death Penalty Project, the charity they founded and continue to support.
We hope you enjoy the breakfast and talk this morning.
Many thanks
John Harden - Old Shirburnian Society Secretary
Anne Macfarlane - Alumni Officer
