GM’s Message Although Q1 is completed, we were pleased to have made the ‘big move’ in August 2020, when we relocated to our new home at 80 Marcus Garvey Drive; just one of the steps geared to building our team for optimal functionality. Our move was not without challenges but we persevered as we take the steps towards rebuilding a stronger force to reckon with. #GoTeamDAG
Powering Development With Innovation
The “Smart Service Delivery” We are excited as a Company to announce the initiatives to improve our customer service delivery and increase response efficiency to our clients’ needs. Our original process had challenges in which when a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Request for Site Visit was done, it took way too long without proper logging or ideal follow up for the business process. This sometimes resulted in lost sales or undesirable customer service delivery delays by the Sales & Service Teams. The process didn’t allow for timely tracking of the first point of customer contact to the closing point of a quotation; whether it was lost or converted into a sale. A commission for an automated system that would assist in the tracking and overall improvement of the quotation- sale to delivery conversion process within the organization was sought.
The Phased Solution Automation of the current business process was done through a customized web-based software solution. This custom solution was implemented to adhere to the outcome of the required specifications (fact finding phase) which was be done within the three weeks of being commissioned. It was found that the business met the basic requirements for an internet-based software solution, already having an office network and internet

As a company we are resilient, we have always been. Over the course of 65 years, we have seen – and mastered – many challenging moments. I am convinced that we will overcome this one too with continued focus and dedication. The safety of each and every one of us is paramount. If we continue to wear our masks and practice social distancing, we have a much better chance of staying healthy and also to avoid spreading the virus. Our Trial Phase We are currently in the first part of the implementation and testing phase where the “kinks” are been worked out. However, in time we are seeing marked improvement in the deliverables for all personnel and better follow up with reporting on the updates. We believe once all team members get on board and start to fully utilize the solution, we should see improvements in leaps and bounds for the full-service Mr. Kenneth Lawrence, CEO
Have you heard about our Zoom Chat Series? We’ve hosted two so far which were well received by industry players. DIEHL Metering, out of Germany was our first guest, with local partners Alternative Power Sources & Tegen Energy following shortly behind. We also decided to switch things up a bit with our ‘Team Invasions’; hosted by our CEO. We decided to ‘invade’ a client’s space, virtually of course, not only to get a foot in the door, but to impress upon them that we are their solutions - based partner to get the job done! Did it work? Yes it did! So we’re getting ready for our next invasion! #GoTeamDAG And finally...on a not-so-happy note, one of our Directors, Mr. Craig Francis contracted the COVID-19 virus and was hospitalized. We continue to send prayers for a speedy recovery. #GetWellSoon
