LEROY NOLL June, 16th, 1941 January 29th, 2021

Leroy Noll, 79, of Liverpool, PA went home to be with Jesus, Friday, January 29th, 2021 at home surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Robin and their children, Andrea (David) Greene, Joshua (Missy) Noll, Rachel (Kris) Boob. Also survived by Douglas (Angie) Noll, Tammy Noll & Jeff Wolf, several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Leroy was born on June 16th, 1941 in Newmanstown, PA. to Leroy and Elizabeth Noll. A Navy veteran. He was a musician who performed with the Starfires in the 60’s and later did a solo acoustic show as Whitey Noll and performed in various clubs throughout the Harrisburg area. He was a songwriter and an avid ukulele player and collector. In 1982 he created and began publishing the Pennsylvania Musician Magazine to give musicians a way to promote themselves and their music. He also created The Shopper’s Remedy a free classifed paper. Both publications will be carried on by the family. He loved all his children and grand children dearly and we all loved him.

Interment will be private A Celebration of Life will be held on June 19, 2021 in Liverpool, PA more details to follow. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to the PA Musician Magazine to help support live music music and keep Whitey’s legacy alive.
