PCCA BUS TRIP TO CORNING MUSEUM OF GLASS On May 18, Perry County Council of the Arts (PCCA) will host a spring bus trip to the Corning Museum of Glass in Corning, N.Y. to explore the art, history and science of glass at the world’s premiere glass museum. Trip-goers will browse the museum’s collection, as well as the new Contemporary Art + Design Wing and renovated historic glass factory ventilator building, which hosts live demonstrations. As an optional activity, attendees can try their hand at glass crafting for an added cost. Choose from 25 projects ranging in price from $13 to $30. Spots fill quickly, so guests are encouraged to book their project online prior to the trip: http://www.cmog.org/visit/make-your-ownglass.
