am a dancer. Before coming to Les Roches I went to a School for Dance Education in USA. In Hospitality you are creating an emotional experience for your guests, which is very similar to what I have been doing as a dancer all my life, creating an emotional experience for the audience. After graduation I’m going back to USA to do an 18th month Management Training Program at The Park Hyatt Chicago. Working at Hyatt International means that after the 18th months period I will be able to transfer to some places like Hong Kong or Dubai.’

‘What I like most about Crans
Montana is the skiing. You wake up in the morning, 5 minutes and you are in the slopes. Crans Montana has a great night life too, bars, restaurants, nighclubs... But you still get your work done, that comes first! Right now I’m doing my semester in Service, at the Market Place for example, we serve lunch to fellow students. We serve between 550 & 600 students in about 2 hours. Great experience … and good exercise too! We learn a lot ‘
