NOURISH YOUR NEIGHBOR FOOD PANTRY We have expanded our Signature Cares division to a physical location at our old Hicksville office. To participate: • Food donation boxes will be available for use • When a property goes to contract, you can drop off the box to your client & ask them to fill it with any non perishable food items they don’t want • Provide branded flyer with details of what we’re collecting • Have them call/text you when ready for pick up • Drop off box at your Signature office – will be picked up for donation weekly
NEW WEBSITE & DASHBOARD COMING SOON We have begun working on our next website and dashboard! The new site will have a brand new look, clean & sleek front end website with enhanced SEO to get your listings and services seen online. It will be easier to search & save properties, view tours, find open houses & agents contact info. Plus a brand new and improved dashboard that will be a one stop shop for everything. • • • • • •
Each agent will have the option to have their own customizable “mini website” through the dashboard that will be linked to your CRM. We are building our own custom high tech CRM, so you can manage your leads, track them, set clients up with email notifications for listings & drip campaigns, communicate with them, etc. Email Marketing System so you can easily send out marketing emails without having to leave the dashboard. Real estate software so you will be able to track your transaction, find all of your forms & files and fill them out and legally sign them on any device. We will be using a new marketing tool. You will be able to access all of our marketing pieces and download them in different sizes and formats. We’re also creating two different mobile apps. A front end Signature App for the public, as well as a dashboard app so you can easily access everything on the dashboard right from your phone.

Andy Yakubovsky’s son & wife, Andrew & Lindsay, are expecting again - identical twin girls - due date is in December. Jennifer Dickenson’s son, Jack, graduated from Huntington High School, and will attend Binghamton University in the Fall.
Peter Calabrese’s niece, Audrey Angioletti, graduated Pre-K.
Debi Power’s son, Joey, and daughterin-law, Sara, welcomed baby Sadie Meryl Graff on April 14, 2020.
Melissa Ricci’s daughter, Amanda, graduated from Binghamton University with a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Law and will be attending Hofstra Law School in the fall.
Dee Donovan’s daughter, Shannon, graduated NYIT College and was offered a graduate scholarship to play lacrosse.
Dina Powers’ son, Raymond, graduated from NYIT Medical School and is now in residency at Vasser Medical Center.
Michele Denker’s daughter, Christina, graduated from St Johns in April. Christina got her full time position as a Nationally accredited paramedic with Empress EMS Yonkers, NY. She also volunteers at Huntington Community First Aid Squad to give back to the community.

Deb Parisi’s, granddaughter, Giuliana, graduated PreK and her granddaughter, Gianna, turned 8 in June!
In April of this year Elke Mariotti joined a small, local group of women (Mask Mavens of Huntington), who make and offer masks free of charge to anyone who requests them, as well as ear savers. So far they have provided over 15,000, not only on Long Island, but other parts of the country as well. (Individuals as well as physician offices, and even a Target). Initially, the volunteers supplied the materials, but with the increasing demand, donations have been gladly accepted (one Signature agent was kind enough to make a monetary donation and another provided much needed buttons).
