SIGNATURE CARES FOOD PANTRY To kick off 2022, our Northport office donated food to the Saint Vincent De Paul Food Pantry at St. Anthony of Padua Parish in East Northport! Then our Sayville agents spent the month of February hard at work collecting donations for the amazing people at Lighthouse Mission! Throughout March, the East Northport and Dix Hills offices teamed up to collect donations to deliver much-needed food to Helping Hands Rescue Mission.

ANNUAL BLOOD DRIVE

WELCOME!

Thank you to everyone who participated in our annual blood drive! This year we had a total of 23 donations, saving 69 lives! Our friends at New York Blood Center let us know that this was the most amount of donations they’ve received since 2020, pre-pandemic! We couldn’t have done it without all of you.

BETTY WHITE CHALLENGE In honor of Betty White’s 100th birthday, our rockstar agents, Donna Mello & Barbara Vanchiere, organized a fundraiser for Almost Home Animal Rescue & Adoption. EASTER BASKET DONATIONS This year we donated 370 Easter baskets to benefit Helping Hands Rescue Mission. They will be distributed to local children in need. Thank you for an amazing turnout to help assemble the baskets!

EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION DAY We’re so grateful to our incredible staff members for all of their hard work and dedication. We love working with each and every one of you!

WANTAGH ST. PATRICK’S PARADE The Wantagh office participated in the Wantagh 2nd Annual St. Patrick’s Day parade on March 20th. The parade went right in front of our building where there was a balloon arch, face painting for the children, goodie bags and giveaways for the adults. Wantagh agents were present and had food and festivities inside. It was a great community event and we look forward to next year!

Janet Ciafardoni’s son, Brian, got engaged to Melissa Myles on January 15th. A Fall 2024 wedding is planned. Gina DiBenedetto’s son, Salvatore, AKA The Grubfather, hosted comedian Sebastian Maniscalco on a Meet and Eat food tour around Long Island to some of his favorite restaurants.

Debi Power’s daughter, Julie, assumed the role of acting director at the ABCD North End/West End Neighborhood Service Center.

After 5 years away from racing, Kathy Martin hit the indoor track at the armory in NYC and set a new World Record in the mile & an American record in the 3000! Mark Fisher’s oldest son, Eric, was married in Dallas, TX on March 25th.

On March 5th, Donna Mello’s son, Erik, and his beautiful ﬁance, Victoria, celebrated their engagement at Larkﬁeld Manor. A 2023 wedding is planned!

William James and wife, Kristee, welcomed Zeida James on February 14th at 2:46pm. She weighed in at 6.9 ounces!

Nina Harris’ daughter, Nicole, and son-in-law, Keith Morrice, are expecting their first child the beginning of August. Rosaria Marchetta’s son, Michael, a mechanical engineer, has passed the National License Certiﬁcation for Mechanical Engineering and is now a Professional Engineer, the highest standard of competence, a symbol of achievement and assurance of quality. He will be required to continue taking classes to maintain the license in addition to his Bachelor’s Degree from Lafayette College in Mechanical Engineering. Ren Jainarine ranked #1 again in Sales, Service and Claims with Allstate Insurance Countrywide. He also ranked #18 as “Best In Company“ out of 10,000 agents.

Chrissy DeJong’s daughter, Kayla Costello, has accepted an oﬀer into a PhD program at University of Albany for Clinical Psychology and will be attending the 5 year program beginning in August. 6

Warren Wendt’s nephew, Cris Sullivan, along with 24 other Kidney Donors, climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. This group climbed to support kidney donors and show that you can do anything with one kidney!

Susan Modelewski’s husband, Christopher, was elected as a Supreme Court Justice. He was sworn in and received his robes in January.

On January 5th, Jonathan Finnerty turned 40 years old! Shortly after, on January 11th he celebrated 11 years together with Christopher Cheeseman. April Hughes Kaufman’s son, Alexander, married the love of his life, Amanda, on March 6th in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

Lori Dredger just became a ﬁrsttime grandmother!

Paula Johnson’s granddaughter, Julia Carvalho, will be studying computer science and has been accepted to all 12 colleges she applied to. She’ll most likely attend Renssaler Polytechnic on an incredible scholarship. Best of luck through her pursuits! SignaturePremier.com
