FAMILY FUN DAY We kicked off the summer with our annual family fun day at Adventureland! We rented out the whole park for an afternoon full of fun and games with our Signature agents and their families. It was a hot one, but we loved seeing a park full of smiles!

SHRED A THONS Another year of successful Shred-a-Thon’s in the books! We had ten participating offices for our agents, clients, and community members to come together and support our green efforts.

VEGGIES FOR VETERANS We had the opportunity to volunteer with our friends at Veggies For Veterans and help them bag up and distribute fresh fruit and vegetables to local Veterans just in time for Easter! Veggies for Veterans provides fresh produce to food-insecure Veterans across Long Island.

SPRING FLING We kicked off the spring season with a Spring Fling party at the Paramount! It was so great to see so many smiling faces and dance the night away with our Signature Family.

FOOD PANTRY UPDATE For April our Huntington & Cold Spring Harbor offices collected for Huntington’s Tri Community & Youth Agency, dedicated to the growth and development of local youth. In May Garden City donated to Notre Dame Parish’s Social Ministry! The June, Babylon & Amity Harbor collected for the St. Martin of Tours Outreach Program & North Babylon Food Pantry.

ADMINITRATIVE PROFESSIONAL’S DAY We’re so grateful for all of the hard work our admins do to keep Signature running smoothly. They truly are the best and we love each and every one of them!

HABITAT HOEDOWN Because of your generous donations and loving support, Habitat for Humanity raised over $10,700 at their hoedown fundraising event, sponsored by Signature. We ended Pride Month with a bang! We celebrated with a Pride Party at our East Northport office that included food and drinks, rainbow treats, giveaways, a dunk tank and a drag queen show by the one and only Luschia Fuschia. Signature is and always will be a safe space for all!

SIGNATURE UNIVERSITY ACHIEVE GRADUATES We would like to congratulate our recent ACHIEVE Graduates on their graduation from Signature University’s New Agent Up and Running Training Program. These agents participated in training over a 6-week period which for many also included taking the CRASH course as well. We provide training, tools, coaching, and encouragement to jump start a new agent’s real estate career. Wishing our agents all the best as they take their business to the next level!

Joe Casale and his wife welcomed a beautiful new addition to the family on May 10th. Giuliana Gabriella was born at 8lbs 11 oz, 21 1/4” in long.

Danielle Lankowicz’s daughter, Kristie, was married to Grant Gajdosz on June 11th at the Isla Del Sol Country Club in St. Pete. Beach, FL. Kay Smoot’s daughter, Nikki, completed her Master’s in Nursing and she got engaged last month!

Perry Goldsmith welcomed their second child, a beautiful baby boy, Clive, born May 23rd. Donna Mello welcomed her second grandson, Colin Bobby Mello, born on June 7th.

Ally Cervantes married Contour’s Kenny Vasquez on April 29th! Cindy Grimm’s son, Samson, graduated Binghamton University with a BS in Computer Science on May 22 and started work as an IT Coordinator for AHRC! Gigi and Danny Gallagher celebrated their 13th wedding anniversary on June 26th...and Danny completied 21 years as a Special Ed Teacher. Howard Einhorn’s son, Patrick, graduated from Drexel School of Medicine and will begin his internship and UNC Chapel Hill.

With the help of agent Nina Jean Harris, Dodie Bukowski was able to have her dream finally answered with new love, Loki!

Mariane McKenna’s son, Alex, a Navy pilot stationed in Coronado, CA was recently promoted to Lieutenant Commander! In addition to this, he and his wife, Lizzie, had their first child on April 14th, a little girl, Mylah.

Christine Whiteman’s oldest son, James, graduated DeSales University in PA on May 21st with a BS in Marketing and a minor in Business.

Charlie Greco’s daughter, Sarah, married Conor Kelly on May 28th.

Dina Rodolico’s daughter, Alaina, graduated from high school and will be attending Indiana University Bloomington.

Lisa Rosof’s daughter, Abby, graduated from high school a year early as a Top Ten Scholar. She will be taking a gap year to travel and explore before attending the college of her dreams!

Eliot Lonardo was reappointed for another 3 year term to serve on the Town of Huntington Affordable Housing Advisory Board. The Town Board voted 5-0 on his appointment.

Ann Pizaro’s son, James, graduated Stony Brook University Summa Cum Laude with a double major in Environmental Studies and Economics with a 3.99 GPA. He then spent the month of June stationed in Bahrain with the US Coast Guard.

Bonnie Amenita’s son, Christopher, and wife, Rachel, had their second son, Calvin Marshall Amenita, born May 22nd. Big brother Benji is so excited! This is Bonnie’s fifth Grandson! SignaturePremier.com

Lisa Granelli’s daughter, Cailin, made her first communion April 30th.

Another exciting season for the Aronsons! Zachary graduated middle school with highest honors and was chosen to try out for the national baseball team. Alexis has successfully received another certification as an MA while waiting on PA schools. Samantha graduated MSMC on the deans list with 37 medals, broke 10 school records and was the woman’s athlete of the ECAC championship. Claire Leface’s granddaughter, Emma, graduated elementary school.

Marguerite Abizeid-Hachem’s daughter has graduated from St. John the Baptist High School and is on her way to St. John’s University to study adolescent education!! 7

Patricia Logue’s daughter, Isabel, graduated from Sacred Heart Academy & is off to college in Boston. Robert Kothe and his wife coorganized the 2022 Garfield collectors’ convention also known as the “Garfield Gathering”. Robert is also the auctioneer at the Saturday gala.

Jason Galka was elected as a member of the Board of Directors for the Riverhead Chamber of Commerce. Doris Duvernoy, celebrated her 50th Wedding Anniversary to Donald on June 17th. Proud daughters are Patricia Shan & Debra McSheffrey.

Adelle Longo’s 12 year old grandson, Sean Martin, made it to the National Honor Society at OMS Oldfield Middle School in Greenlawn! Laura Freudenberg’s son, Eddie, graduated high school and is going to Suffolk to study fire science. He became an EMT at 17 and is currently working as an EMT.

Susan Rupp’s daughter, Jessica, is a first-generation college graduate! She graduated from Sacred Heart University with a degree in Psychology and double minored in Speech Language Pathology and Spanish. She will be continuing her education at LIU Post for her masters in Speech Language Pathology!

Deb Berkman’s son, Ben, graduated Summa Cum Laude with a “Masters of Science in Energy Management.” He also passed his State Certified Energy Manager Exam. Ben works for Trane Technologies as a Certified Energy Manager in the Commercial Division.

Candice Ryan’s daughter, Caitlin, graduated from Binghamton University, Magna Cum Laude, with a BA in Spanish & Linguistics in only 3 years! She’ll be staying there to get her Master’s Degree in Social Work.

Patricia America was featured on a 4 page interview in a Women Empowerment Magazine, for women, by women, called “ She Exist”. The Issue is the Summer 2022 Edition and it will be followed up shortly with a Billboard in Time Square. SignaturePremier.com

Maggie MacRae’s daughter, Emily, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Long Island University with a Bachelor in Health Sciences. She’ll be applying to PA school in 2023. In addition, she received the Graduating Senior Leadership Award For Outstanding Achievement.

Winifred Helfer’s daughter, Kaitlyn, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Accounting. She will be joining Deloitte in NYC this September. In addition to her graduation honors, she received The Presidents’ Award for Academic Excellence from the Northeast 10 Conference.

Melanie Karakatsanis’ son, Christian, started a new position at PNC Bank as an Underwriter for their agency affordable group. Son Nicholas started a job at Lument as an analyst for the agency’s balance loan team.

Patty Martin became a grandma! Aubrey Ann was born on June 29 to proud parents Sean and Sam.

Trish (and Gerard) Johnston’s daughter, Jessie, was proposed to on May 10th! Jessie said YES and will marry Jurgen Shabi!

Allison Garelle welcomed granddaughter Ivy on April 6th!
