Every year we host our annual Thanksgiving food drive, and this year we collected food to help support The Sorrentino Family & Friends 13 Annual Turkey Drive. Our goal every year is to provide 650 families with all the fixings for a Thanksgiving Dinner. We’re so excited to announce that once again we exceeded our goal! We collected enough donations to assemble 1,103 bags of food! We want to give a huge shout-out to our agents and everyone else who donated and helped promote our food drive, we couldn’t have done it without you!

Loren Roye’s daughter, Alyssa Attard, got engaged to Eric Sveinsson on July 2nd. Wedding plans are in the works and it looks like it may be an October 2023 wedding!!
We were made aware of a generous act of kindness by our agent, Erin Rappa, who purchased leg braces for a child after selling their house.
Joan Dacorta gained a new family member after the loss of her cat, Myles, and German Shepherd, Luke. This sweet feral boy showed up and 2 months later he now has made himself at home.

Maria Raheel held her 10th annual toy drive at the Frederick Douglass Center for Children’s Aid in Harlem on December 9th with a party for 130 kids which included food, DJ & gift giving. The Padro Team and Sean Ian dressed up as the Grinch, Santa, Elf, Prince, Princess Jasmine and Cinderella. It was a great event made even more amazing with the help of
Genine Gerbino and her husband are expecting their second child, due in July.

Candice Ryan’s son, First Lieutenant Nicholas Migliore, completed the specialized pilot training at Vance Air Force Base, Oklahoma on 12/16. He's now been assigned to McChord AFB in Tacoma, Washington to fly the C-17.
Hernan Serrano’s son, Jake, of Cold Spring Hills, proposed to Gabriella Danzeisen of Napa, CA, a first year law school student at The University of California, in Brooklyn on December 19th. A proposal celebration was held immediately after at the Roxy Hotel in NYC for family and friends. The couple are enjoying their engagement before
Renee Gildersleeve and her husband celebrated our 30th anniversary with a trip to Aruba.
Babylon Breast Cancer Coalition, had a client with an oil tank failure in dire need of replacement & zero funds for a new one. Through vendor recommendations from the SPP family, Pat was able to find a contractor willing to donate, deliver & install a tank, another company to donate the burner tune-up & a third company to donate 100 gallons of oil. The BBCC client still needs a replacement burner but helping her to finally have heat while battling for her life was an amazing accomplishment.
From Elizabeth Steinmuller - to all the agents that so kindly donated to my cause: I personally want to thank those who went out of their way to provide me with food, treats, towels and blankets. My car was filled!! *Kathy Viard you gave me so many "Signature Blankets that the fur babies told me a big "Thank YOU for keeping them warm! I went to (3) Shelters on Long Island so I divided up what I received so all could benefit from the generosity I received! Thank you once again and I pray that those wonderful dogs and cats in the shelters find new homes soon!
Kimberly Carrette’s daughter, Gwendolyn Graham, and other members of Girl Scout Troop 1780 from Miller Place received Youth Volunteer/Service Awards from the Town of Brookhaven Supervisor for fundraising efforts to replenish the food pantry at Miller Place school!! The girls spent the weekend asking for donations at the local Stop & Shop store and were able to collect 2 pickup truck loads of food along with cash donations for the pantry.
