A new Sunset menu by Tonino Lamborghini aims to recreate the Mediterranean spirit in Dubai

Tonino Lamborghini Mare Nostrum, the Mediterranean sky-pool and restaurant, has introduced a new Sunset Aperitivo menu featuring small bites and signature cocktails with a range of Italian Mediterranean flavours. The new menu is perfect for winding down the day, surrounded by idyllic views of the Dubai skyline.

The array of Italian-inspired small bites includes Truffle & Comté Cheese Croquettes, Citrus Tuna Tartare and Vitello Tonnato. The Antipasto Platter comes with seasonal Wagyu Beef & veal cured meats, seasonal artisan cheeses and olives - paired with a selection of refreshments. The latter includes Limoncello and three classic Italian cocktails, but with a refined modern twist.

Sunset Aperitivo is served from 4 PM to 8 PM, Mondays through Fridays. Guests can enjoy the soothing sounds of violinists and singers live every Friday, amid the rustic Mediterranean interior of the venue.
