Zuma - the restaurant co-founded by Chef Rainer Becker serving sophisticated Japanese cuisine – recently unveiled the new Baikingu Brunch at its locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The new brunch menu offers an extensive selection of dishes from Zuma’s tasting menu, served with a twist on the traditional Japanese izakaya style of informal eating.

The Baikingu Brunch includes a selection of starters such as Zuma’s signature shrimp tempura with yuzu chilli mayo, crispy fried squid, and an assortment of sashimi, nigiri and maki. The offering will also feature the beef yakiniku with tahoon mayo from the live robata cooking station. The main course includes miso marinated black cod, jumbo tiger prawns, and grilled Australian wagyu ribeye with truffle mayo. To end on a sweet note, guests can indulge in an assortment of desserts including sorbets, ice creams, chocolates and exotic fruits.
