ABOUT THE COMPANY “Esfera do Tempo”
Founded in 2009 by Mauricio Lopes da Silva and Américo Lopes da Silva, the “Esfera do Tempo” is the trade name of a solid and prestigious company in the area of construction. Its head office is located in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal in a building constructed by the company. The company was ranked by Certified Company APCER - Portuguese Association of Certification. The basic principles of “Esfera do Tempo” are the quality, safety and respect for nature. The results, validation of these principles allowed the company to obtain excellent solutions in their housing complexes, becoming a reference exception in the area of construction in the north of Portugal. The two areas in which further develops its business, engineering and architecture projects and real estate, guarantee trust and rigor providing a framework for more possible solutions in the interests of their clients. Preserves the relationship of quality and convenience of buildings with public expectations that the buyer has. Is a forward-looking company, trying to keep up to date knowledge of new materials and construction techniques with regular visits to international fairs and exhibitions.
