All employees are asking for personal information and benefits from HR ,Employees are requesting leave or arriving late for work. HR needs to manage and gather data to ensure smooth workflow and prevent data from being scattered or lost.

Ideation

Based on the analysis and research, it can be summarized that having an HR system where employees can access and submit leave requests through a mobile phone would be beneficial for convenience. Additionally, having a backend system would enable supervisors and HR to approve various requests.
