Facility specifically designed to help people with substance use issues, including those that want to reduce or stop their use

Community-based residential facility for offenders who have been allowed to serve part of their sentence under supervision in the community The facility seeks to ensure safe reintegration of offenders in society.
To be used when a client is sleeping in a vehicle. (e.g., car, van, truck) Client’s housing status will change to Homeless.
Used when client has not touched a service in longer than a month and their location is unknown.

Client participating in short-term housing programs with enhanced support, tailored to a specific population, surpassing emergency shelter levels

Permanent housing, (no time limit) in a specific building with rental assistance and little to no Case Management or support required to maintain tenancy
Permanent accommodation with meals and services on-site for people who are not able to live independently (e g , due to medical needs) May or may not be subsidized
