United General Hospital District 304: The Search for D.B. Cooper

“Trek for Treasure” is an award-winning program that brings adventure-loving, outdoor enthusiasts together for a set of six summer hiking adventures throughout Skagit County and the surrounding area. Teams of two or more people have two weeks to complete each hike. With the first hike starting June 2, this year’s theme centers around the true story of the infamous D.B. Cooper, a hijacker who evaded authorities with a ransom of $200,000 after jumping out of a plane in 1971. Your team can help by hiking local trails in search of clues to reveal the mysteries of D.B. Woolley Fiber Quilters “Journeys” Quilt Show e Woolley Fiber Quilters are presenting the “Journeys” quilt show in 2023 with featured quilter Teri Bever. e event will take place at Cascade Middle School with over 250 quilts on display!
