Breweries

7 Seas Brewing CO

AUTUMN ALE This ale takes its inspiration from the venerable traditions of German Oktoberfest and Vienna Marzen style of beers. Employing a blend of German Munich and Vienna malts as a base, Autumn Ale displays brilliantly clear, copper orange hues evocative of the vibrant, rich, and deep colors that surface seemingly overnight on trees this time of year in the PNW. Ester production is greatly inhibited allowing for a rounded, yet crisp malt character to fully emerge. German Hersbrucker and Czech Saaz hops contribute a moderately spicy, earthy flavor accent to this otherwise malty and smooth brew. ABV: 6.5% / IBU’S: 27 RUDE PARROT SINGLE IPA Loud, sassy, and relentless, the Rude Parrot has an insatiable appetite for hops!

Brewed with Vienna, light Crystal, and a touch of Honey malt, this golden hued IPA is aggressively hopped with Simcoe and Citra hops. A big juicy, tropical fruit, citrusy hop aroma yields way to an off dry, pleasantly bitter finish. ABV: 5.9% / IBU: 75

10 Barrel Brewing CO

TRAIL BEER Like any good adventure, Trail Beer started on a whim. What beer would be the perfect outdoor sipper? This one. Piney, citrusy, and tropical hops combine with a sure-footed malt bill, making this beer as crisp as an alpine lake and as refreshing as the mountain air. Go find your trail! ABV: 5% / IBU: 60 S1NIST0R BLACK This beer has been around almost as long as the brewery. Don’t be fooled by the name; this dark beer is light bodied and smooth with hints of chocolate and coffee. With an “ask for it by name” cult following it is very unique and a must try. ABV: 5.7% / IBU: 28

210 Brewing CO

BLONDE ALE A traditional Belgian Wheat Beer flavored with coriander and fresh orange peel. ABV: 5.3% /IBU: 10

ABV: 6.4% / IBU: 30 / OG: 1.072 SUNRISE IPA This bright modern style IPA is augmented with Lupulin powder packing a juicy citrus aroma. Skagit Valley Alba malt, Vienna malt, wheat and rye combine for a medium mouth feel. Late addition Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic hops add a bold, crisp finish. ABV: 6.2% / IBU: 70

The aroma and flavor are lightly sweet with a hint of Noble hops. This medium-bodied beer finishes crisp and smooth for a beer to enjoy in multiple quantities in liter mugs! ABV: 5%.5 / IBU: 22 SCHWARZ BIER Although all beers at one time were dark, few were truly black. Schwarz has some resemblance to an Irish stout in that it combines snappy bitterness with dry, coffee like roast flavors on a light to medium-bodied frame. The main difference in Schwarz, is that the Schwarz is lagered so it is round, clean, smooth and finishes crisp. ABV: 4.8% / IBU: 27

14 Island Hoppin’ Brewery

DOCKSIDE SCHWARZBIER With very little hop presence, this classic German style beer is designed to showcase the malts. This deceptively drinkable beer will delight your taste buds with its fullness of flavor, lager body and its crisp clean finish. OLD MADRONA Undefined by style guidelines, this exceptionally smooth strong ale has a full malt and hop body. Its ruby red color is reminiscent of the Madrona tree’s bark. Dried fruit aromas lead the way to a palate of a strong, sweet and malty beer that is dangerously drinkable. A full, and very round mouthfeel is brightened up by the Zythos hops. Boozy, delicious, and a nice sipper; but not to be messed with!
