Taking care of your hair isn t always a walk in the park It s a journey but hey that s your crown we re talking about So what s your hair routine We hit up our SKY girls from our own community to spill the tea on what works for them and what they would recommend to their fellow SKY babes
@_sheisellen
For me, before I wash my hair, I put it in a hair mask and wash it out after a few minutes. Next, I blow dry it and add black Caster Oil to my hair. I usually keep it braided in mukule or braids and always sleep with a bonnet or a silk scarf on. Also, I oil my hair every other day.
@novaamandlahofficial
I wash my hair with hibiscus shampoo (which I made for myself) and then I use the Vitafro leave in conditioner. Before applying any oils in my hair, I steam my hair to trap moisture for longer. Then I put black seed oil for 20 minutes and wash out, I then go in with the aloe Vera gel (I make this using the aloe vera plants we have at home) and I let that sit for 30 minutes and wash with warm water. Then I put some hair oils in my hair (like coconut oil) and wear a shower cap to let the oils steam in and that’s about it!
@Rm_kapya
I use a hair routine that involves hydrating your hair with water, leave in conditioner and oil. This helps to seal in moisture and I do this twice a week.
@Indy_Litwai
I wash my hair with rice water and make Bantu knots twice a week. I also use Vitafro lotion and oil to scalp. I keep my hair in Mini twist and knotless braids to avoid breakage. If my hair is not braided, l comb my hair every morning and before I go to bed, then I put a hair cap on.
@alice_ch15
I hydrate my hair every day, by spraying it with water. I also keep my hair in mini twists to prevent breakage. And I moisturize it with hair oil once every three days. I also sleep with a satin bonnet or head scarf.
@m.i.c.h.i.e_xo
A good way you can take care of your hair is by making sure it’s never super dry! You can do this by oiling it and adding hair products that lock in moisture.
And braid care is also really important! I recommend oiling it often even while it’s in a protective style to lock in its natural conditions. Another way is also by washing it as often as you need to, to get rid of old oil build up in your hair. A good oil you can use is coconut oil or any good hair food that works for your hair. And paying attention to the ingredients in the hair food, could help you know what oils are bad for you and what stuff can cause breakage. That way, you can avoid them as much as possible.

Not My Thing
Running errands in the rain, Early mornings, Long queues
But let's talk pro tips, shall we? We got some insights from Lusungu Chitundu, the awesome boss babe at Her Rootz hair salon, who spilled all the deets on hair routines for hair care.
First things first, keeping your hair clean is super important. Lusungu recommends washing your hair often. She says our scalp is just like any other skin on our body, so it needs to be cleansed regularly. So…yes, sis, keeping your hair clean is number one!
Lusungu says we gotta keep our hair moisturized! After shampooing, we should use conditioner to keep our hair healthy and moisturized. Then, we should follow up with a leave-in conditioner to lock in that moisture.
She had some great product recommendations too. She loves Vatika, and African Pride. You can find them at places like ShopRite and some chemists in Lusaka. Plus, they're not crazy expensive, and if you use them right, they can last for months!
Lusungu emphasizes that many younger girls may not prioritize their hair, especially when busy with school, which is understandable. However, it's important for us to begin appreciating and loving our hair more. Embrace your hair, sis! Whether it's natural, relaxed, curly, or straight. Loving and appreciating it will boost your confidence and make you feel beautiful every single day.
So, there you have it, girlies! Cleanse, moisturize, use the right products, and choose gentle hairstyles. Your hair will thank you, and you'll look amazing!
And remember, being smoke free gives your hair a better chance to grow!

Zowa Ngwira
Dear Zowa
by Life is not as complicated as you may think. Before you know it, whatever you are experiencing now will be long gone and a distant memory.
First, I need you to know that you are doing life for the first time, just like everyone else. Don't expect to do it perfectly. Give yourself a break. Don’t be too hard on yourself. Life is just like a play without rehearsals. Do your best.
I know focusing can be really difficult sometimes. I understand. You may not know how to navigate everything, and you may sometimes worry about the future. Take life each day at a time. Slow down and enjoy every moment with friends and family.
Be grateful for what you have. Be content with where you are, but always hope and work for a better future for yourself and your family. Working hard in school for education is not only a key to success but to a peaceful sound and open-minded living.
Identify who you are and stick to it. Do not be moved or swayed by the difficulties of life. Do not let anyone define who you are or who you should be. That is up to you and you alone. Be proud of your image, be proud of how you look, for God made you beautifully and fearfully.
Your body is yours alone and you cannot change it, therefore love it and take care of it because it belongs to you and you alone. Make living decisions that are healthy, such as exercising, healthy eating, prayer, meditation, and practising positivity daily. Once you master these aspects and habits in your teenage years, it will be easy to face the difficulties of adulthood. Love and choose yourself every day because you are your biggest strength. You can also be your worst enemy.
Do not fall prey to bad habits or get carried away with bad group activities such as drinking, smoking, premature sex, recklessness, disobedience, and lawlessness. Always remember that being a law-abiding adult starts from being a law-abiding teenager.
What you do now will reflect the kind of adult you will be, therefore prepare yourself well to be the best adult that you can be by living a good and healthy life as a teenager. And finally, be proud of your journey. Own your story! There can be no other you on this earth , therefore leave it to the best of your ability because once you accept yourself the world too will accept who you are.
Ways To go Green on World Environmental Day
by Rosaria Kapya
June th is World Environmental Day and we know how SKY girls care about the planet and there’s lots of things you can do every day to help protect our planet it’s the only one we have after all We re talking about cutting down on plastic saving energy and all those little things that make a big difference Because you know it s up to us to protect our planet s vibes
It might not seem like a big deal, but even small changes in our routines can add up. So, let’s live like World Environment Day is every day, let's make it happen! Let's empower each other to take action with these simple yet impactful tips:
Conserve Energy:
Tell A Friend To Tell A Friend:
Knowledge is a powerful tool for driving positive change. Encourage your besties to share their eco-friendly practices and knowledge with friends and family. Somebody might be kinder to the environment because they saw you doing it.
We don’t want to live in a world where loadshedding is the norm. Girl, remember those times when our parents would always say “zimyani malaiti!” after we just left the room and they would make such a big deal about it? Well, they were right, sis. It’s always a good idea to conserve energy, whenever you can. Always remember to turn off lights and unplug electronics when you are not using them. When we reduce energy, we can reduce the amount of carbon dioxide released into the atmosphere and therefore reduce the effects of climate change.
Practice Water Management:
Every drop counts. Always remember to conserve water by taking shorter showers, fixing any leaks, and remember to close the tap, when brushing your teeth. Remember to save water, babes! Conserving water reduces the use of energy, but also can keep water in our ecosystem, and in wetlands for animals who need it to survive.
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle:
The "reduce, reuse, recycle" motto is still super important! Let's encourage each other to cut down on waste by choosing products with less packaging, finding new uses for things we already have, and recycling stuff like paper, glass, and aluminum.
Plant More Trees:
Trees are an important part of our lives. I mean they are essential for keeping our environment healthy. Trees aren’t just here to make our environment greener; they are important because that’s also where the cute little birds and critters live. So, plant plenty of trees for us and the different animals who need them, sis!
Reduce Plastic Use:
You know how plastic stuff can really mess things up for the environment, right? Well, instead of using those one-time plastic bags and bottles, let's switch to cooler options! Get yourself some cute tote bags for shopping, grab a sleek stainless steel water bottle, and swap out those plastic utensils for some trendy bamboo ones. Not only is this way better for our planet, but it's also super stylish! Let's show our environment some love and make the switch to reusable stuff!
Get Houseplants:
Being a plant mom and having your own little green family to take care of is so fun! Not only do they bring fresh vibes to your room, but watching them grow and thrive is super satisfying. Plus, having green babies helps clean the air, making it a cool way to celebrate World Environment Day!
Always remember to take care of the environment we live in and inspire others to join them in protecting our planet for future generations

Mwape Bwalya the legal wonder Meet
Mwape Bwalya is not your ordinary lawyer. With nearly two decades of experience in the legal field, she embodies the essence of flexibility and resilience. When asked what drives her passion for law and why she loves her job, Mwape highlights the changeable nature of her work. Each day is different and this is something that first drew her to the legal profession.
Mwape's journey into law wasn't a typical one. Her mother was strict, when she was young and asked her to choose between medicine and law school. Then, one day, she watched a movie where a guy represented himself in court, and she was hooked on the legal drama. That's when she knew law was her thing.
Her career began humbly, starting as a tea maker at a law firm straight out of high school. Over the years, she worked her way up, from being a receptionist to managing lawyers' diaries. With each role, she maintained her passion for the legal profession, recognizing that every experience shaped her into the woman she is today. Now she holds the esteemed position of partner at Mwenye & Mwitwa - Advocates.
For Mwape, success in law requires more than just academic qualifications. It demands confidence, courage, and integrity, qualities she symbolizes in her daily practice. She says it's important for young people who want to be lawyers to do well in school and to never give up, even when things get tough. She is somebody who sees things through once she sets her mind to them.
While a law degree is essential, it's the ability to navigate challenges with resilience that truly sets one apart in this field.
Looking back, Mwape knows her biggest strength is that she never gives up. But she admits she's not always
great at making decisions quickly.
Beyond the courtroom, Mwape is a passionate reader, finding comfort in autobiographies and literature and outside of work, Mwape finds inspiration from her late grandma and mother. Her grandma taught her the power of gentleness and strength, while her mom showed her the importance of staying true to herself. She's also inspired by figures like Serena Williams and David Brown, who demonstrate determination and resilience.
As for her career, Mwape's best decision was realizing that every experience, good or bad, has helped her grow. She gives credit to her upbringing for her strong mind and doesn't follow the crowd. Instead, she dances to her own beat. She's always been guided by her faith, praying for direction before making big moves, and she's thankful for the strength her mom instilled in her.
Mwape knows the importance of having awesome friends. She looks for pals who have a good relationship with God, their family and themselves and is positive, and can crack a joke even when things get tough. Her friends are the ones who lift her up when she's feeling down and treat everyone with kindness.
Mwape is an active member of the Law Association of Zambia, sharing her wisdom with the legal world. Her message to girls who dream of following her path is simple but super important: “fight for your dreams, seek guidance from mentors, and never be afraid to make mistakes along the way.”
As Mwape continues her journey in the legal world, she holds onto her fav quote: "Sometimes it's fine to lose the battle to win the war." For her, every hold-up is a lesson learned and a step closer to success. And with her unwavering determination and belief in the impossible, there's no doubt that Mwape Bwalya will continue to leave an indelible mark on the legal landscape.

Bucket List
Heyyy besties!
Guess what!? It's officially the month of friendship! And oh my gosh! I don’t know about you guys, but I am so ready to make some epic memories with my ride-or-die this year.
How about you make a Bestie Bucket List
A bucket list is all about making unforgettable memories that you'll cherish forever. You and your bestie can create your own bucket list, but here are a few ideas!
A fun way to start up your list is hitting up the mall for some ice cream because girl…who really doesn’t love some ice cream yes even in the cold season
A fun thing on your bucket list would be packing a cute picnic for just you and your bestie
Oh, and why not bring along a few more girlfriends and snap a ton of pics! You could even put together a super cute DIY photo album to keep those memories alive forever. And bonus: it's way safer than relying solely on our phones, in case we ever misplace them, while we’re having too much fun!
If you and your friends are foodies
Why not go to your fav restaurants and try out all kinds of delicious food, awesome tunes, and maybe even a little dance party! After all, it's all about living in the moment, right?
To sum it all up you might want to do the freeze dance party where you ll dance while the music is playing
Then you must freeze immediately and hold your position when the music stops, the last dancer standing wins.
Oh and let s not forget about the ultimate sleepover
Pillow fights, movie marathons, and staying up all night gossiping and talking about our things and not our things.
And hey why not throw in some playing cards
Let's grab a deck and challenge each other to a game. The loser can take the winner out for some ice cream! That sounds good, right? Let's mix it up with a friendly competition.
Girl when creating your own bucket list you re not limited to do anything fun you want to do with your pal
There is so much you could do with your bestie, but remember to stick to each of your boundaries and stay true to yourself.
Hey, SKY babes! Welcome to your go-to spread for all things friendship and school! Whether you’re navigating the halls, tackling homework, or building lifelong bonds, we’ve got you covered with top advice from girls just like you! This is your 30-day guide, designed for you to revisit each day, offering valuable advice whenever you need advice on friendship and school. How to Maintain a Long-Distance Friendship
by Alice Phiri
Hey, girlies! With friends changing schools, whether that’s to another part of town, another part of the country, or even leaving the country, you have to learn to keep the friendship alive. Long-distance friendships can be tough, like, really tough. It's like your bestie is on one planet and you're on another. But hey, don't sweat it! Even if you're miles apart, you and your BFF can totally keep your friendship going strong. Here are some ways to help you do just that:
reyourlives
S h a
Supporteachother’sdreams
Be each other's biggest cheerleader, even from afar. There’s nothing better than knowing your friend has your back and is always there to show their love and celebrate you, during the good times and the bad times.
Another thing you could do is send each other photos or videos of your daily routine, like what you're eating for breakfast or your outfit of the day (OOTD). It's a great way to feel connected and see what's new in each other's lives.
You and your friends may both have separate lives but it’s always a good idea to make time to text, call, or video chat with each other regularly. Share your daily drama, your crushes, and your fav memes. You don’t even need to talk to them every single day and if you’re like me, you can just spam their DM with a bunch of funny stuff, TikToks and reels.
Remember, distance might separate you, but it can't break the bond you share with your girlfriends! With a little effort and imagination, you can stay close and keep the friendship going.
Time zones and schedules can get in the way, but be patient and flexible, and you'll make it work! Don't get discouraged if you miss a call or two – just reschedule and move forward!
Funactivitiesonline
You and your bestie can pick a film to watch together online or you could play some online games. Who says you can't have a sleepover when you are miles apart? Even though you are miles apart, you’ll feel like you are right back in the same room with your besties, chatting and laughing till your bellies ache. That sure is one way to stay connected and make memories that'll last a lifetime, no matter where life takes you.
Write toeachother
Okay, so here's a super cute idea: swap letters with your girlies! I know, it sounds old-school, but trust me, it's majorly fun and heartfelt. Like, who doesn't love getting handwritten notes? You can spill all your tea, share your deepest thoughts, and sprinkle in some doodles or stickers for extra pizzazz. Plus, you can even throw in little surprise packages with your letters – maybe some snacks you know they'll love. It's all about keeping those sentimental vibes alive, am I right?
Always remember to Be patient and flexible!
So, go ahead and reach out to your long-distance friends today! Send them a text, make a video call, send them that mail, sis! Your friendship is worth it, and with a little creativity, you can make it work despite the distance.

Sooo, when I saw the cover competition on Facebook, I thought, “why not give it a shot?” Even though it felt like everyone else had more likes, guess what? I won! It was a total surprise. I was so excited because even though my passion is to become a nurse, being a model has been my dream.
The journey was amazing, and even better with my bestie by my side. We’ve been through it all and basically do everything together, so sharing the spotlight was so much fun.
My SKY experience? Total bliss. From the shoot vibes to trying on different outfits, to everyone around me. Everyone was so friendly; I literally was asked if I felt comfortable in every outfit. I had the best time of my life.
My advice to those who want to be cover girls? Just go for it! Take risks and chase those dreams. Trust me, it’s worth it. I hope I inspire others to go after what they want.

During the shoot, our bond grew stronger. I felt confident with her by my side. Also, everyone was so welcoming, and because I’m a foodie, the food was a bonus lol! It’s a memory I’ll treasure forever.
It made me realize that being on the cover isn’t just about winning, it’s about staying true to yourself and having a crew there to cheer you on, ngl, we had such a timeee!

Step one
Pick up any color loomband of your choice and twist the first band into an 8 shape. Loop it onto two fingers, as shown in the picture.
Step two
Take two more loom bands and slip them over your two fingers so that they sit slightly above the first. You don’t need to twist these –just loop them straight over both fingers to form a stretched loop.
Step four
Add a third loom band on top of the ones that are still in place on your fingers. Repeat the step above and pick up the lower band on each of your fingers in turn, pulling it up and over the upper band and dropping both sides into the middle. Lower the current band on your fingers slightly to make room for the next. Repeat this step until you have added enough loom bands to make a bracelet that is the right size for your wrist.
It doesn't take long for your loom band bracelet to grow from this…
To this!
Wassup SKY fam!! Guess what!? We have a fun activity that you and your bestie can do, on a budget and it’ll be worth it! For this friendship issue we are bringing back loom band bracelets! Yayyyy! They are so easy to make, affordable, easily accessible and they are so so cuteeeee, especially next to your SKY wristband!! And you get to have matching bracelets with your bestie, so why not!?
I know you’re probably wondering “hmmm… what exactly are loom bands?” Well… Loom bands are small colorful rubber bands that can be transformed into bracelets or charm bracelets by either using your fingers, drinking straws, pencils, forks or a simple specially designed rainbow loom (R) and hook.
Here are five easy steps you need to take and what you will need to make your loom band bracelet
What you ll need
About 25 loom bands (I got mine from a store called Golden Oaklet) or the whole packet (depending on the size of your wrist) and if you want to make a double or single bracelet.
An “S” clip to secure the two ends of your bracelet but if you don’t have an “S” clip, you can always just tie the two ends together.
Two pencils or you can use your fingers
Step three
Take the first band you put on, pull it up and over your finger to the space between your fingers, pulling it over the second set of bands as you go, but with the second bands staying in place. Now let go of the band and let it ping into place in between your two fingers. Repeat this with the first band on the other finger. Now roll the band that’s left on your fingers down slightly to make room for the next band.Your first bands should look like this at this stage:
Step five
Once you are happy with the length of your bracelet, take both parts of the loop on your fingers and slip them onto one half of an S clip but if you don’t have the clip, you can also tie both ends together.
Depending on how thick you want it to be, you can either add two bands to make a double bracelet or one band at a time to make a single bracelet.
Hope you have fun making loom band bracelets with your friends
We can’t wait to see how your bracelets will turn out so make sure to tag us on all our social media platforms at SKYGirlsZed
How to Be Your Own Bestie
Speak Kindly to Yourself
Words have power, especially the ones you say to yourself. The way you talk to yourself shapes your self-image. Start by paying attention to when you’re over-criticizing yourself. Replace harsh words with encouraging ones. If you wouldn’t say it to your best friend, then sistele, don’t say it to yourself. So, instead of thinking, "I can't do anything right," try, "Nili che, slow slow I'm learning, and it's okay to make mistakes." This way you build a mindset that encourages strong self-confidence, growth, and a loving relationship with yourself.
Sometimes friendships can be as bookie as the latest Mpali episode, those are the times you have to remember to be your own best friend. Here's how you can become your best cheerleader, confidant, and comforter.
Inspire Yourself
Set personal goals that excite you and reflect your passions, not what others expect of you. Celebrate when you reach those goals! Whether it’s getting better at a hobby or learning something new, achieving goals is a great way to boost your self-esteem and inspire continued success.
Comfort Yourself
When your friends are in a deep scheme about something that they’ve done that could get them into trouble, you comfort them and help them to find a way through it. Learn to do the same for yourself. What are things that keep you calm or put you in a good mood? Do them. You could start with a journal to write down your ideas, or a playlist of songs that lift your spirits. When things get tough, take a break, and allow yourself a moment to enjoy these comforts. Always remember, you got this, you can handle problems yourself!
Don’t just do this in the tough times, make it a regular habit. It might feel weird at first, but you’ll get into it. Building a good relationship with yourself means recognizing your worth and treating yourself with the same kindness and respect you would your best friend. Remember, the most important relationship you’ll ever have is with yourself. Make it a good one!

Building Healthy Relationships: Nurturing Supportive Connections
I’ve been coaching teens for over ten years and I ve seen first hand how important strong healthy relationships are to your well being Mastering the art of communication and conflict resolution can transform your interactions and deepen your connections not only during your school years but later on in your professional and personal life
Let s explore practical skills through scenarios you might find familiar
Efective Communication:
Essentialin Every Scenario
Imagine you're working on a group project and feel your ideas aren't being heard. Instead of bottling up your frustration, decide to communicate openly. Say something like, "I feel like I haven't been able to share my thoughts fully. Can we go around the table and each share ideas?" This approach uses clear, direct communication and shows active listening, as you're making space for others as well as for yourself.
The Misunderstood Text Message / DM Scenario
Texting/DM-ing, etc is a minefield for misunderstandings. Say your friend sends a message that comes off as short or snappy. Instead of reacting immediately with “hmmmm, nanga that message?” ask clarifying questions next time you meet. You might say, "Ekse, I was a bit confused by your text the other day. You’re lakas?" This opens up a direct line of communication, allowing your friend to explain, perhaps revealing they were just having a busy day.
Confict Resolution:
Navigating Chalenges Smoothly Group roject Disagreements
Consider you and your best friend both want to run for the same student representative position. Instead of letting this drive a wedge between you, address the situation directly. Meet up and discuss openly, saying, "I value our friendship more than this election. How can we make this competition healthy and fun for both of us?" This conversation respects both your desires and maintains the friendship, regardless of the outcome.
Group projects often lead to clashes, like when one member isn’t pulling their weight. Instead of complaining to others or confronting them angrily, choose a calm time to talk it through. Say something like, "I've noticed you've been quiet during our project meetings. Is there another part of the project you'd be more excited to work on?" This approach addresses the issue while offering support and potential solutions, creating a cooperative environment.
Cultivating Supportive Friendships:
Understanding and Boundaries
Friendships can strain when one friend is going through a tough time and begins to rely heavily on the other. If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed by a friend’s needs, it’s okay to set boundaries. You might say, "I care about you a lot, but I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. Can we talk a little later?" This ensures you’re looking after your own mental health while still supporting your friend.
Celebrating Together
Your friend finally makes the school football team after months of hard work, and you organize a small surprise to celebrate her achievement. This act of kindness shows that you value and support her successes, which reinforces the strength of your friendship.
Whether you're dealing with school projects, leadership roles, or personal disputes, the ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflicts can lead to more meaningful and supportive relationships. These skills not only help maintain friendships during your teenage years but also lay the groundwork for healthy relationships throughout your life. Remember, the strongest relationships are built on mutual respect, open communication, and a willingness to understand each other's perspectives.

How do I handle insecurities
SKY Girl Always remind yourself that you are beautiful and not to look at your insecurities negatively. Because they are actually what makes you unique. @thee.mask_erade
SKY Girl By knowing what your thing is and what isn’t your thing and always remember to have self-love (the most important thing) …you can also try positive affirmations and prayer. @teixi_sakasole
SKY Aunty B Dig into what makes you, you. Explore your hobbies, strengths, and what really excites you. Remember, we are all different, which is a good thing. Instead of comparing yourself to others, focus on your own achievements and the path you're creating. Celebrate your uniqueness—it's your superpower. The more you discover about yourself, the more confident you'll become. Just be yourself because you're amazing just the way you are! @innersafariquest_isq
How can someone learn to love themselves more than others
SKY Girl By focusing on yourself. Charity starts from home. So, you need to love and value yourself more...self-love first, then the rest follows. @Mikkay
SKY Aunty B Loving yourself starts with appreciating your strengths and accepting your imperfections. Celebrate your achievements and spend time on activities that make you happy. Remember to talk to yourself kindly, just as you would with a friend. Set boundaries to protect your time and energy. Self-love isn't about comparing yourself to others; it's about recognizing your own value and caring for your well-being. Practice it daily, and it'll become a natural part of how you see yourself. @innersafariquest_isq
How can I be sure I ve chosen the right career path
SKY Girl Choose your career in line with your talent, so you don't lose yourself. @Catherine
SKY Girl Sometimes careers change, but knowing you picked the right one is one that gives you peace, you enjoy studying it, you can go above and beyond to apply yourself to it. @novaamandlahofficial
SKY Aunty B Choosing the right career path can feel like a big decision, but it's all about matching your interests and skills with opportunities that excite you. Start by thinking about what subjects or activities you enjoy the most and consider careers that align with those interests. It's also smart to try things out—like internships, part-time jobs, or volunteer work—to get a real feel for what those jobs are like. Talk to people who are already working in the fields you're curious about; they can give you inside info and advice. Remember, it's totally okay to change your mind later on. Careers can be flexible, and many people switch paths as they discover new passions or learn more about themselves.

How do I rebuild a friendship after a second chance
SKY Girl By working on your communication skills with your friend and making sure you show them how you value them and always reassure them that you're happy they're your friend. And always be there for one another because you may never know when one needs your help or presence, to help them cope with something. @Liseli Bupe
SKY Girl Hey, Sis. If you want to strengthen a friendship, after getting a second chance, it’s important to communicate openly and honestly with your friend. Apologize, if necessary, express your desire to rebuild the friendship, and listen to their perspective. Show them that you’ve learned from past mistakes and are committed to being a better friend. Spend quality time together, make new memories, and be there for each other. Trust and patience are key. Good luck!
@Violet Zulu
SKY Aunty B Starting over with a friend means first saying sorry for what went wrong before and showing you really mean it. Let your friend see that you get how much you hurt them and that you really care about your friendship. Be all about moving forward: hang outdoing things you both love, chat often, and show them they can count on you. Use what went wrong as a lesson to make your friendship even stronger. By being open and sticking by each other, you'll rebuild trust and have an even cooler bond than before.
