MOTIVATION LETTER Dear Slemsians, Having been part of this organizaton for the past fve ears , of which I have worked with two standing commitees which are the standing commitee on medical educaton (SCOME) and standing commitee on sexual and reproductve health and rights including HI( and AID(, (SCRA) to be specifc, but for the past 3 ears I have been with (SCRA and I have been inspired b the resilient eforts of the past NCRAs which is one of the reasons that made me develop more interest in (SCRA related actvites, am passionate about ever thing I do and alwa s want to do more which is wh am expressing m interest in becoming the natonal oocer on reproductve health. This is a ver bold step for me because I know positons like that requires hard work and a lot of sacrifces but with m abilit to manage such situaton I know I would surel deliver. I have atended quite a number of actvites organized b (SCRA both in and out of the NOC, including the most recent CGA organized b IFO(A, I was one of the delegates where I atended the (SCRA (essions. It was such an educatng (ession and I learnt a lot that I would like to implement in this NOC; I saw that there’s more to (SCRA than what a lot of students in this NOC know. For quite a while I have been preparing for this , because I want to make (SCRA (ierra Leone know both naton wide and on internatonal levels, while a lot of people see (SCRA as a standing commitee that ust talk and do presentatons on sex related topics ,I see more than that because I want to take (SCRA (ierra Leone to a ver high level, it should not ust be about online presentatons and sensitzaton we should have contacts with the ministr of health and also the world health organizaton.

It’s tme we think big as (lemsians, being in contact with the pre mentoned organizaton won’t onl take (lemsa to the next level, it would also draw the interest of the students because students are now loosing interest in (lemsa related actvites but seeing a well developed and connected (lemsa would refresh their interest, no bod wants to be lef out. I know and I believe that with m knowledge and understanding about the standing commitee on sexual and reproductve health and rights including HI( and AID(, and working hand in hand with the other standing commitees I can bring the best and make ever (lemsian develop interest in oining m standing commitee. I will be well motvated if m applicaton is considered because we need to hit the next level…. Thank ou..

Cver the ears (lemsa have had a weak relatonship with the ministr of health and sanitaton, which is heartbreaking because it has denied us of some opportunites as medical students. I believe if the newl elected executve stand b me we can achieve that. Also being in contact with (ome other independent bodies like UNFPA, U(AID( ,the WHC and more would be a great beneft not ust to (SCRA but (lemsa as a whole.
