黃漢沖 身兼藝術家和作家。Jason 的藝術實踐關注於掏空群體中單一權勢的力量，並支持不同類型聲音存在的可能。他將這些獨特的歷史內涵與場域轉換成各種視 覺和書寫材料，並將重點放在其結構、理想主義及未知的未來。 他是 Grey Projects 的創始人及經營者，Grey Projects 是一個關注於策展能力、新式寫作方法及設計提案的藝術空間，同時也是圖書館與駐村空間。他也是 Softblow 詩刊的編輯，亦曾在由 Plastique Kinetic Worms 出版的汽車藝術雜誌擔任編輯。他於 2005 – 2006 年是惠特尼博物館獨立研究計畫（Whitney Museum Independent Study Program）工作室研究員之一。2008 年獲得新加坡年輕藝術家獎（Young Artist Award）的視覺類首獎，2009 年獲得新加坡美術館觀眾票選獎。
Jason Wee An artist and a writer. His art practice is concerned with the hollowing out of singular authority in favour of polyphony. He transforms these singular histories and spaces into various visual and written materials, with particular attention to architectures, idealism and unexplored futures. He founded and runs Grey Projects, an artists’ space, library and residency that focuses on curatorship, new writing, design propositions and art. He is an editor for Softblow poetry journal. He was previously editor of Vehicle arts journal, published by Plastique Kinetic Worms. He was a 2005-‐2006 Studio Fellow at the Whitney Museum Independent Study Program. He is the 2008 Young Artist Award winner for visual arts in Singapore. He is the 2009 Voters’ Prize winner from the Singapore Art Museum.
「灰色空間」 Grey Projects 是一個藝術出版、策展執行以及藝術家交換計畫的平台， Grey Projects 支持實驗性的藝術展覽或寫作計畫，同時包含與其他藝術空間駐村資 源的交換。他們試圖尋找藝術實驗，設計提案，新的寫作形式及策展實踐的各種可能性。作為一個開放的空間，Grey Projects 是一個辦公室、圖書館、展場、工 作室及駐村空間。它位於新加坡的中峇魯（Tiong Bahru），也是新加坡最古老的公共社區之一。
「Grey Projects」 Grey Projects is an arts platform for publication, curatorial and exchange activities. Grey Projects supports nascent art practices with exhibition, writings and residencies among other resources. They are looking for art experiments, design propositions, new writing and curatorial practices. As a venue, Grey Projects is a workspace, library, exhibition gallery, studio and residency. It’s located in Tiong Bahru, one of Singapore’s oldest public housing estates.
Marika Constantino Marika Constantino，Marika Constantino，一位活躍於菲律賓及其它國家重大展覽的藝術家。作為一名藝術自由工作者，她也在一些國際性的出版品中發表 評論，並將她在藝術實踐中的各種經驗以教育計畫的方式與更廣泛的民眾分享；Marika 也同時擔任獨立策展人和研究者以作為她藝術實踐的延伸。Marika 在早 期所接觸的藝術及對創作的著迷，使她獲得了 UP 建築學院的學位，未來則是持續在 UP 美術學院主修藝術史。Marika 不斷地在藝術與忙碌的生活、概念和實際 體驗方面嘗試取得平衡，而在這個過程中，也不斷地激發了她對藝術工作的熱忱。她近期被選為「愛丁堡大學」國際文化關係研究所的全球文化研究員之一，並 參加英國倫敦「國王學院」的文化領導計劃。除了個人藝術實踐，大部分時間 Marika 都致力於共同執行 98B COLLABoratory 的計畫和活動，並策劃馬尼拉市 Escolta 區的第一聯合建築社區博物館（First United Building Community Museum）計畫。
Marika Constantino Marika Constantino is an artist who has participated in significant exhibitions in the Philippines and abroad. As a freelance writer, she contributes to a number of globally distributed publications. She shares her various experiences in the art practice to a wider audience as an educator. As an extension of her art practice, she also works as an independent curator and researcher. Her early exposure to art and her boundless fascination for the creative process resulted with a degree from the UP College of Architecture to further studies at the UP College of Fine Arts, with Art History as her major. Constantino is continually striving to strike the balance between the cerebral, conceptual and experiential aspects of art with life in general, thus, fueling her fervent passion for artistic endeavors. She was recently selected to be one of the Global Cultural Fellows of the Institute of International Cultural Relations at the University of Edinburgh and participated in a cultural leadership program at the Kings College in London, United Kingdom. Aside from her individual art practice, much of her time is devoted to co-‐directing the programs and activities of 98B COLLABoratory and coordinating the undertakings of the First United Building Community Museum in Escolta, Manila.
「98B COLLABoratory」 98B 是一個社區＋網絡連結＋圖書室＋廚房＋商店的一個複合藝術空間。是讓各種創意人、不同背景養成與藝術家交會並交流，並以不同的藝術面貌呈現， 它可能是研討會、市集、出版、餐點。98B 扮演一個跨領域藝術實驗平台，集合藝術家、設計師、策展人、作家、音樂家、電影工作者、教育工作者、研究員、 文化工作者、表演者、建築師與學生以及大眾。
「98B COLLABoratory」 98B is a community + network + library + kitchen + shop. The idea is to have a setting where artists and creative individuals from other disciplines can interact and work together while presenting art, design and creativity in different ways; be it a talk, a bazaar, a publication, a meal or a simple gathering. It is a multi-‐disciplinary art laboratory that seeks to establish a convergence with artists, designers, curators, writers, musicians, film makers, activists, educators, researchers, cultural workers, performers, architects and students together with the general public. Marika, who co-‐directs 98B, will present its programs, events and activities.
高子衿 Tzu-‐Chin Kao
曾獲帝門藝術評論獎優選，任職專業藝術雜誌資歷十餘年，多次採訪國際著名雙／三年展策展人、藝術家、收藏家與美術館、畫廊、藝博會等相關從業人
士；擔任《典藏今藝術》總編輯期間，雜誌曾四度入圍金鼎獎最佳人文藝術雜誌獎（2012、2015、2016 與 2017），以及被中國著名雜誌《芭莎藝術》評選為 2014 年度全球 10 大藝術雜誌。現為高雄市立美術館研究員，亦曾擔任台新藝術獎提名團委員、國藝會與文化部視覺藝術類獎助計畫審查委員。
羅禾淋 Helin Ho 新媒體藝術 , 策展人/藝評。1983 年出身於桃園，畢業於國立台北藝術大學科技藝術研究所碩士，國立台灣大學，資訊網路與多媒體所，博士。專長程式 設計(C、JAVA、DirectX、openCV...)、機械裝置製作、動力製作、電子單晶片，以新媒體創作與動力裝置為創作主軸。長期研究動漫文化與數位科技，以理工的 觀點依據空想科學的方式，對應日常生活、環境、城市等議題。在動漫文化策展方面，開創動漫文件展出的方式，策展經歷包括：「高雄動漫節主題展 ACA 交 流電」、「桃園國際動漫大展：動漫文化美學特展」、「台北當代藝術館春澎湃影展動畫展」、「新北市瘋動漫：玩動漫互動科技藝術展」。當代藝術議題方面， 以寶藏巖的駐村經驗出發，長期觀察城市與邊陲之間的關係，規劃有「微共鳴-‐後居所的未定」、「廢墟 X 都市 X 怪談」、「日常壞軌」、「都市寄生術」、「都 市馬赫帶」等策展。
譚如芳 Ju-‐Fang Tan 1982 年出生於台北，現就讀國立臺北教育大學文化創意與產業經營研究所碩士，從電腦軟體工程師轉行到藝術領域，只為能從藝術中挖掘出生活中更多美 好的細節，觀注在資訊社會和博物館科技等議題。曾任「新樂園藝術空間行政經理」、「新樂園 20 年紀念展」協同策展人。
朱瑞莉 Jui-‐Li Chu 藝術管理專業經理人。國立臺北藝術大學藝術行政與管理研究所碩士班。目前工作生活於台北。2008 年投入藝術行政工作，接觸過表演藝術經紀、文化節 慶活動、以及製片協拍等項目，並於 2011 年起專注於當代視覺藝術。熟悉視覺藝術領域，關注藝術市場及藝術社群發展。專長為經營管理、藝術產業開發、國 際事務協調。 曾任職於國家文化藝術基金會、關渡美術館（獎助實習）、新苑藝術、高雄藝術博覽會、好思當代…等。策畫與執案經驗包括：一般藝術展及國際藝術展、講座 論壇、藝術博覽會、公共藝術案、駐村交流計畫…等。重要經歷有：文化部（前文建會）國際大師人文講座（2011）、高雄藝術博覽會（2013）、關渡雙年展及 亞洲當代藝術論壇（2014）…等。2014 年獲當代藝術基金會「進駐國內外藝文館所工作進修計畫」補助。
高昌湧 Chang-‐Yung Gao 畢業於國立台北藝術大學 美術系 ，國立台南藝術大學 造型藝術研究所。曾於 200 榮獲《高雄獎優選》2002 《世安藝術創作造形藝術獎》 。現職專業藝術 家及新樂園藝術空間執行長，致力於推廣國內外空間連結。
「新樂園藝術空間」 新樂園藝術空間從 1995 年成立至今，維持一貫不斷嘗試藝術創作突破的態度，提供一個良好的場域，給藝術愛好者發揮所能，並展現一種兼具實驗性精神
及學術價值的藝術觀點，以開放的態度容納更多不同的可能，為一直以來抱持的初衷。
陳奕彰 Steven Chen 1980 年出生於台灣高雄，2008 年畢業台灣藝術大學造型藝術研究所雕塑組。現職 專業雕塑家/新浜碼頭藝術空間 理事長，亦協助新浜碼頭藝術空間推廣 講座和建立歷年檔案以作為空間研究、推廣國內連結。其駐村經歷含 2012 高雄市高苑科技大學，2011 苗栗縣西湖鄉東和鋼鐵，2005 新竹鐵道藝術村，嘉義鐵 道藝術村，高雄縣橋仔頭。重要展歷有 2013 〈全民大戀鋼〉高雄國際鋼雕藝術節，高雄，Lazarea art camp 羅馬尼亞創作營，羅馬尼亞。
楊堯珺 Yao Chun YANG 國立高雄師範大學藝術學碩士、國立台灣師範大學美術系博士班。現為新浜碼頭藝術空間藝術經理、高雄師範大學美術系兼任講師、獨立策展人。參與多 項藝術專案行政，如：2003 國際貨櫃藝術節、潮間帶藝術偵測站-‐2005 年、2008 北回歸線環境藝術行動、2010 高雄國際鋼雕藝術節等，並擔任過多項公共藝術 專案行政。2013 年以策劃【藝術家的安全區(Safe Zone for Artists)】獲得國藝會鳳甲策展人培力計劃。2011 年 11 月接任新浜碼頭藝術空間藝術經理，負責空間 整體營運規劃與執行，以及空間各項公部門補助專案執行。
「新浜碼頭藝術空間」 「新浜碼頭藝術空間」成立至今已屆 20 年，堪稱是高雄市公立美術館外的一個視覺文化重點地標。新浜歷年來秉持著增加公共性參與，以倡導當代藝術創 作、展覽、論述，推廣民眾藝術教育、鑑賞，培育藝術行政與管理等專業人才為要務。新浜碼頭藝術學會於 2009 年改制立案後，更秉持社會公共財的精神，為 實踐公民素養之促進，推動藝術、文化、社會等跨域的公民論壇，力求將新浜碼頭藝術空間塑造為一個具有「南方生猛」、「跨域活化」特質的藝術場域。
