4 INTRODUCTION
Based on the expectations or peculiarities presented, it was chosen to continue the idea of residence. The area of modular houses that would be used according to the needs of the municipality, such as used for temporary accommodation or social housing, is being considered. Not only residential modular houses but also public modular buildings would appear in this place. The public building could be used for the employment of accommodated people, the organization of small businesses, the education / employment of children, etc. In this way, the inhabitants of the city and the people living in the area would also be involved. Problems: The plot is equipped with a parking lot, so this area, easily accessible by any planned transport, is not used purposefully. The location near the lagoon park is a great place for rest, quiet life or tourist excursions, so it is important to plan or determine the activities of this place, its nature and create an attractive concept. Aim of the work: To find ways to use the provided territory to make it attractive not only to the locals, but also to tourists visiting Elektrėnai, and to adapt it to the needs of the urban community.
