Developer Services Division
Understanding the unique challenges of new construction & conversions, Smith & Associates Real Estate formed our Developer Services Division in the early 1970’s to concentrate on the marketing and sale of new homes, townhomes and condominium developments. With over 40 successful developments, Developer Services provides a comprehensive suite of services designed to take a new home or condominium development from conception to completion. With our help, development teams can focus on what they do best- developing quality communities.

Dave Traynor is extensive management experience includes some of Tampa Bay’s most renowned developments such as Station Square, Water’s Edge, 400 Beach Drive, Water Club Snell Isle, Grand Central at Kennedy, Signature Place, bliss, The Salvador, and ONE St. Petersburg. He is adept at directing sales team recruitment, training and retention, along with the creation of pricing strategies and absorption schedules. David Moyer is recognized as one of the top real estate professionals in Tampa Bay. Since joining Smith & Associates Real Estate in 2004, David has closed over 1,000 new homes. He manages the sales of new construction & existing multi-family homes from condominium towers to townhome developments.
