How To Become A Productivity Expert In Four Easy Ways Every person plans much about their lives but can hardly accomplish a fraction of it. It is however possible to accomplish as much as you plan. All you need to do is to follow the following four tips:

1. Prioritize Know what is the most important in terms of priority. Do the essentials before you get on to the secondary tasks. When you know the tasks on number one and number two priorities, you would actually feel accomplished at the end of the day when you have done the most important tasks. It would become much easier if had already created a to-do-list.

2. Rise early Waking up early in the morning is essential to optimum productivity and focus in life. Everyone has some really difficult tasks to take care of for which they require time without any distractions. You can do these tasks by waking up early in the morning, before anyone else wakes up. At this time, you are sure to not get any calls and you have too much energy, which you can focus on a priority task. Once you make it a part of your routine and completely understand its benefits, you will never want to go back to rising up late. Hal Erod, the author of the book “Miracle Morning” – which discusses the benefits of starting the day right – says that having a powerful and productive morning will lead to having a powerful and productive day.

3. Schedule your routine Plan the next day every night before going to sleep. Schedule the timings of your priorities and any other jobs that you need to get done. Making a proper plan would ensure that the next day runs exactly that smooth. Making plans at the time of doing a task would increase the risk of jeopardizing that task. This schedule would not only encompass your tasks and meetings, but when you start to master it, you will also start to include your leisure time. The plan will relieve you from making choices at the last minute and it will increase focus and energy.

4. Deal with the distractions Whenever you feel like you are on deadlines, the first thing to do is to remove all the distractions. Firstly, turn your phone to silent mode. In case you are expected to receive an important call, you can at least switch off the internet connection on your phone to avoid any social media notifications. Do all this at least 30 minutes before you start working to make sure that you have a clean mind while working. Next, work to find out your worst distraction and try to get rid of it. For example, if you are troubled that your children might trouble you while you are working at home, you can go to a library or even at the closest Starbucks instead, to get a better focus.
