But this cannot replace brushing and flossing in any case. It is better to have a talk to the dentists as he can guide well about which products must be used for better oral health. 4. Do not cut back on floss ever! A long piece of the floss must be used to clean the hard to reach areas of the teeth. The proper way to use floss is wind the floss properly in the middle fingers of both the hands to get a proper grip and then use the fingers to clean the teeth. Keep changing the sections to stop the plaque from spreading. There are many other products that are available in the market that can also be used like, floss holders, interdental brushes or plastic picks. 5. Adopt good habits as early as possible. Children need help while cleaning their teeth. Give them proper guidance about what can be done for maintaining good oral health. Give them a soft bristle toothbrush which is appropriate for their age. Also, make sure your child gets a regular check up every year. 6. Regular visit to the dentist keeps the oral health problems at bay. Do not wait for anything. Take it seriously before it becomes too late.
