These toothpastes contain special ingredients that will reduce or diminish the sensitivity. Using a Soft Toothbrush Usually, people use a hard toothbrush which makes them feel as if they are properly cleaning their teeth but the fact is that the hard toothbrush causes the enamel breakdown.
