Stir-Fry Noodles and the Best Way To Prepare Them One of the most famous cooking techniques from Asia which is becoming extremely

popular across the world these days is stir frying, wherein you cook your favorite ingredients with a limited amount of oil in a pan. Stir frying is actually a Chinese

cooking style wherein a number of cooking ingredients including noodles are fried in a wok in hot oil.

'Stir Fry Noodles' is enjoyed by many and the best part is that it can also be prepared

easily. If you are planning to host a party at your home, stir fry noodles can be a great option!

Before we discuss the cooking process, let’s take a look at those amazing ingredients which are required for preparing this delicious dish. Ingredients ● 5 Ounces dry noodles (A-Sha Dry Noodles) ● 1 thinly sliced chicken breast

● 1 teaspoon finely chopped Ginger

● 4 to 5 cloves of finely chopped Garlic ● 1 tablespoon finely chopped chilies ● 1/4 cup chopped French Beans ● 1/4 cup chopped Bell Peppers ● 1/4 cup chopped Carrot

● 1/4 cup chopped Spring Onion ● A pinch of black pepper

● 2 tablespoons vegetable oil ● 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce

● 1 teaspoon Chilli sauce

● Salt according to your taste


Cooking Instructions: 1) To begin cooking, boil approximately 5 cups of water in a medium sized pan and add noodles. Add a bit of salt in the water. The noodles must be cooked on the medium flame for approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Once the noodles have cooked

remove them from the heat and strain. In order to keep them from sticking, add bit of vegetable oil.

2) Then, chop your veggies like Bell Pepper, French Beans, Carrots, and Spring Onions. In addition to that, you should also chop ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Set aside. 3) Next, finely slice chicken breast. 4) In a large wok heat some oil. Once the oil becomes hot add ginger and garlic. Then

add chopped green chilies in the wok and stir them for a couple of seconds. Once you see that ginger, garlic, and green chilies have turned a little brown add chopped chicken breast in the wok and cook for nearly 3 to 4 minutes.

5) After that add chopped French Beans, Carrots, Bell Pepper, and Spring Onions in the wok and fry them for nearly 3 minutes. Once your veggies are effectively fried, you can then add noodles and mix everything together. In the end add chili sauce, soy sauce and black pepper in the wok and stir the whole thing effectively. Now the dish is ready to serve!

Stir fry noodles should always be served when they are hot because that is when they taste the best.
