Our favorite noodles to use when I preparing this dish are A-Sha Dry Noodle’s Vegetable Hakka noodles which come in a couple different unique flavors as that help in adding an additional richness to it. Cooking InstructionsCook time: 15 to 20 minutes The ingredients required for preparing Vegetable Hakka noodles include: • 1 package of A-Sha Dry Noodles Vegetable Noodles • Bell Peppers • Spring Onion
• Carrots • Tomato Chili Sauce • Finely chopped Cabbage • Vegetable Oil • Salt and Pepper 1. First, following the instruction on the packaging cook the noodles. Once the noodles are cooked drain the water and in order to prevent them from sticking to each other toss with 1/2 teaspoon of vegetable oil 2. Finely chop all vegetables to your liking 3. Coat the bottom of pan with oil and fry the spring onion 4. Once the onions are cooked add rest of the veggies in the pan and stir fry them. Do not overcook the vegetables. 5. After stir frying the veggies for one or two minutes add salt, pepper and the tomato chili sauce in the pan. Make it sure to fry the veggies over a high flame. 6. When the vegetables have been thoroughly cooked add the noodles to the pan and mix. Top with some fresh spring onions. This is an easy-to-prepare dish!
