Smith Galeria

Smith Galeria opened its doors in September 2011 in São Paulo, Brazil, as a traditional brick and mortar art gallery with a multidisciplinary profile. In that location, the gallery periodically showed collective and individual exhibitions by renowned and also emerging artists, chosen for presenting a contemporary bias in their works. Some years later, Smith Galeria was converted into a virtual art gallery and continued to support the interaction between artists and their audience, through operational changes that allowed the development of parallel strategies of communication and increase of digital presence. Now, based in Auckland, New Zealand, Smith Galeria, as a virtual and experimental art site continues with the mission to spread the names of its artists around the world.
