The spaces are organised around the central courtyard and A centralised organisation is seen. As built on the principles of vastu shastra .The spaces organization is based on the maximum use of wind-flow in the spaces while preserving the privacy (introvert designing with privacy preservation)

The inner semi- public court(the courtyard) is connected to open public space (the street) through transitional public space. Thus, it resulted in privacy and enjoyment of both the interior and exterior. The haveli’s entrance is indirectly connected to the street through ottla at a height of 7’ to 8’. It is achieved in the façade according to the size of the openings. The size of openings increases from top to bottom. Jharokhas are in a decreasing order from top to bottom.
