Recoil Full Suspension Mountain Bike The skies are clearing, and the cold and blizzard season is behind us, which means that the outdoor lifestyle we’ve been missing is upon us. The Recoil is built up on the same heat-treated aluminum 4-inch trail frame as the Recoil Comp, but also offers such features as an SR Suntour XCT 75mm fork, Promax 320 mechanical disc brakes, SRAM X.4 eight-speed trigger shifters, an X.4 rear derailleur, and a WTB Pure V sport saddle. Add it all together, and you have a bike that’s a little easier on your wallet, but not at the expense of either performance or quality.
30 Days & 30 Nights - Hollywood to the Heartland
Weber ($699)
In 2008, Vince Vaughn took four young stand-up comedians on a trip across America, where they had the chance to put on a hilarious variety show in front of giant audiences all over the country. This documentary is a fun and inspiring compilation of their trip. This show reminds the viewer of what comedy is all about, and to watch these four comics grow in their acts and be given the break of a lifetime is beyond entertaining.

Range Rover Sport Supercharged
This new, sophisticated, sleek performance SUV gives us what we would expect from Land Rover: a modern 4-wheel drive system that is dying to be driven. 6 ways to go green!
6 Easy ways YOU can Go Green! Protecting the environment should always be on our minds. This earth is where our children and grandchildren will grow up, so we should let them develop in the best place we can. Some techniques for going green are far too difficult for those of us who have full time jobs, children to take care of, or school to worry about. However, here are 6 easy steps you can take to help out our environment. • Start recycling. If you haven’t already been recycling items, now is a great time to start. It’s easy, too! • Preserve your water. For example, only running your dishwasher when it is completely full, spending less time in the shower relaxing, and avoiding washing small loads of laundry are a few ways you can help conserve water. • Buy yourself a nice reusable water bottle. Cutting back on plastic can help
SO6IX MAGAZINE • www.so6ix.com
tremendously in our efforts to help the environment. • Turn off your lights and unplug your appliances when they are not in use. Not only will this preserve energy, it will also save you money. • Carpool any time you can. The less gas we use, the cleaner our air will be. Find a few friends from work, the gym, or extracurricular activities and work out a driving arrangement. • As your incandescent light bulbs burn out, replace them with fluorescent ones. Compact fluorescent bulbs use 75% less energy than incandescent ones. While they are slightly more expensive, they last much longer. • As a bonus idea, spread the word. Telling others about your efforts may inspire them to take action, too. Word of mouth is a powerful thing!

As one of the first Sushi restaurants in the Oklahoma City metro area, Sushi Neko has consistently stayed on top of the competition for over 13 years. Boasting the freshest seafood in Oklahoma City, you will certainly be able to taste the difference. Despite the fact that Sushi Neko has arguably the best sushi in town, they also have a great reputation for some other signature items, such as crispy duck breast, cherry blossom, and a succulent New York strip. No matter what you order off of the menu, you are bound to be impressed. If you’re in the mood for sushi, try Neko’s
famous Red Canyon roll, made with fried calamari and fresh avocado, served in a rice roll and topped with spicy, baked crawfish and Japanese mayonnaise. If it is your first sushi experience, this is an excellent roll to start with. Next time you’re in the mood for some traditional Japanese dining, or perhaps a little wine or Sake after work, head over to Sushi Neko.

APRIL movies & dvds APRIL MOVIE RELEASES The wolfman Another re-make of an old movie classic hit the theatres recently, and I was thrilled. The trailers showing the transformation from human to wolf, the vintage dark feel of old England, and Anthony Hopkins….need I say more? Actually, yes I do. If you were fooled by the trailers as I was, then you already know that this movie is a stinker. This movie stars Benicio Del Toro, or should I say, Benicio Del BORO! His acting was terrible. He couldn’t pass as an Englishman if his life depended on it. It was bad. The beginning of the movie drags quite a bit with some sprinkled scenes of carnage. Blood, guts, limbs being ripped off, villagers running for their lives, etc. You get the point. All the while, The Wolfman is believed by the viewer to be a savage beast with un-paralleled strength and speed because only his shadow is shown to build intrigue. That thought comes to a screeching halt later in the movie when The Wolfman is re-

vealed and, much to the disappointment of the movie watcher, is less than exciting. I didn’t know if the Wolfman was going to terrorize the village or start making balloon animals for the kids. Stay away from this one, or if you must, catch it on DVD. I’m giving it 2 out of 5, simply because Anthony Hopkins is in it. 2/6 Alice In Wonderland Did you know that Wonderland was actually meant to be called Underland? This is just one of the many basics that is revisited in this modern remake of an old classic. I could have fallen asleep waiting in the never-ending line to see this one, but I must say, it was completely worth it. One of the great things about being a movie lover in Oklahoma City is that we now have an IMAX 3D screen at AMC Quail Springs, and this is the only way to watch this visual masterpiece. The darkness in this film, brought to life by director Tim Burton, was perfectly blended with some of the best digital effects I’ve ever seen. It didn’t appear cheap or cheesy, just digitally amazing. The story
SO6IX MAGAZINE • www.so6ix.com
So6ixSoSoEntertainment line is slightly different than the original Disney version, as Alice has grown into adult and revisits the place she once knew. Pay attention to Helena Bohnam Carter in the roll of the Red Queen. She is brilliant, hilarious, and the clear runaway star for me. Grab a date and your 3-D glasses, because this movie is a must-see! 6/6
APRIL DVD RELEASES UP in the air In this new release, George Clooney plays a business man who makes a career out of flying all over the country firing employees of large corporations. However, it’s more intriguing than it sounds. This movie is an actual depiction of daily human suffering and presents that in a genuine, but comedic, way. This movie was so well-done that it was nominated for several Academy Awards, including best actress in a supporting role, Anna Kendrick, who plays George Clooney’s up and coming sidekick. In today’s academy, it seems the most obscure movies are the most nominated. That is still partially true here, but in a good way. This movie will make you laugh one minute, and hand you your
SO6IX MAGAZINE • www.so6ix.com
heart on a platter the next. The best part for me was the film’s brutal honesty and the fact that it remained true to what real life is like. I’d definitely recommend seeing this one, but think twice about seeing it with someone you’ve just started dating! 4.5/6 NINJA Assassin Remember the Jackie Chan comedies where an assassin catches Jackie on the toilet and he disarms the bad guy with the toilet brush? Well, don’t expect to see anything like that in this action thriller. I’m talking sword-slinging, blood-spilling action. One cool and widely unknown fact about this movie is that the star of this film is a famous pop star in Asia, known as Rain. He is much like America’s Justin Timberlake, and his concerts sell out in minutes. That said, Rain is very convincing as a seasoned martial arts expert as he wields a weapon that is rarely seen in other movies like this one. Picture two curved blade ninja knives, connected by a chain, slicing anything in its path to pieces. This movie has just been released on video and is bad to the bone. It’s a must see, especially if you are an action junkie. 5/6

GOING GREEN...
...with your wardrobe! These days, it seems that “go green” is a popular slogan many people are living by. This month to celebrate Earth Day, we can learn how going green not only helps the environment, but how it can also further your knowledge of products out there that are for the environmentally conscious. Your apparel is one way to represent going green. We have seen organic cotton for quite a while now, but now it is trendier than ever. Organics are being used in burnout tees, and even fun floral dresses. Instead of using plain white or black, vibrant colors can brighten up your closet in the organic cotton department. So no more plain janes; color is the way to go! Shirts are not only being made from organic cotton, but also from organic linen and bamboo. Denim lines are putting out organic cotton jeans, which give a nicer and softer feel to denim. Shoes are even becoming environmentally friendly. Flip flops are being made out of natural rubber in all colors and sizes.
SO6IX MAGAZINE • www.so6ix.com
In the accessories department, handbags are being made of all different kinds of materials: recycled fabrics, inner tube tire rubber, and candy wrappers, just to name a few. Vegan is a new, trendy way to go green. Bags and purses made from vegan leather and suede means that they are substitutes for real leather and suede. Bags for groceries now come in all colors, patterns, and sizes, and are considered environmentally friendly as well. Earrings, rings, headbands, and all other accessories can be “green,” too. Some fun ideas are earrings made with old game pieces and headbands with old fabrics to create flowers or roses. Rings and bobby pins made from old vintage earrings or necklace pieces can be the perfect touch for any outfit. Necklaces made out of sprinkles and candies are a fun and delightful treat for your wardrobe. Believe it or not, going green is easy! Figure out what works with your personal style and put some “green” in your wardrobe.

Off-Track Betting...
Do you wanna bet?
Northwest Oklahoma City has your answer to going to the track without having to travel too far to get there. Nestled inside the Biltmore Hotel is The Sportspage Club. The Biltmore is located at 401 S. Meridian just off I-40 in OKC. The Sportspage Club has a nice relaxed atmosphere where you can go and play the ponies on premier tracks such as Churchill Downs, Aqueduct, Belmont Park, Fairgrounds, Gulfstream and many more. The Sportspage Club is Oklahoma City’s original off-track betting facility. It has been in the same location since 1972 and runs in conjunction with Remington Park. The employees are professionals and are knowledgeable on all facets of off-track betting. A patron with very little knowledge can learn quickly from any of the employees how to make a wager and feel confident about it. There are some specific tools of the trade and they won’t cost you too much. You need a Daily Racing Program, it costs $3.50, a racing form and it costs $6.50 on weekdays, and $7.50 on the weekend. The racing programs and forms supply you with all the information on the horse, the track on which it is running, the start time for the race and the purse for the race. If you take the time to read the forms and programs they explain many of the terms used in off-track betting and explain the types of bets that you can make and what it will cost you. The Sportspage Club opens at 11a.m. and closes at the conclusion of the racing day. While you are there, you can enjoy your favorite alcoholic beverages from a full-service bar and fine dining from the kitchen. They have a variety of foods to offer from delicious appetizers to Rib Eye steaks and Red Snapper. They have a friendly staff to greet you and give you the first class service you deserve. Private tables with closed circuit racing are available for patrons who spend $20 or more from the bar or restaurant.
SO6IX MAGAZINE • www.so6ix.com
The Sportspage Club has 34 television screens displaying races from around the country and racing from Australia. An ATM is available just outside the club as well as one in the hotel lobby for your convenience. The Sportspage Club also has other televised sports shown in the bar for whatever your sport may be. Enjoy happy hour specials Monday through Friday from 4-7 p.m. They have great appetizer and drink specials on the weekends. The Sportspage Club invites you to reserve a table and a room at the Biltmore starting April 1 for the Kentucky Derby, Preakness Stakes, and the Belmont Stakes races. Give them a call at 1-800522-6620. At the Sportspage Club, you don’t need to travel too far to enjoy the race with style and you will always be treated like a winner.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATES
How to Compare Lenders Using the Good Faith Estimate Mortgage loan programs are presented in many ways. How do you know which one to choose? The evaluation of loan programs entails more than just the quoted interest rate. Origination charges, discount points, lender fees (i.e. underwriting, processing, document preparation, etc.) may be charged on a loan and all of these factors affect the actual rate charged for a mortgage. Comparing multiple Good Faith Estimates (GFE) is truly the best way to ensure you are getting the best value. Origination charges and discount points are commonly charged to lower the interest rate, and the amount charged by lenders (i.e. lender fees) to originate the loan is subjective to each lender. These fees should be carefully analyzed to ensure you are comparing apples to apples when evaluating lenders. On January 1, 2010, the Department of Housing and Urban Development implemented mandatory changes to the GFE
SO6IX MAGAZINE • www.so6ix.com
with the intention of making the lending process more transparent for the borrower. Previously a one-page document, the new GFE is now 3 pages in length. Lenders are required to issue a GFE no later than three (3) business days after receiving the written application or information sufficient to complete the application and no later than seven (7) days before consummation of the loan. I would by happy to assist you in your mortgage evaluations; please forward your GFE to joshl@primebankgroup.com.

So6ixSoRelationships By: Dr. Tru Luv, AKA Michael Cross
Faithfulness is certainly a key factor in keeping a relationship healthy. Most would agree that sexual or physical faithfulness to a committed relationship is extremely important. However, I am astonished by how much weight we place on the physical, yet forgetting about the emotional commitment in relationships seems more and more common. An emotional connection is the glue that holds a couple together. Once the emotional attachments are lost, the relationship tends to fall apart. Each partner begins to feel unimportant because of a lack of attention and affection. These feelings cause a decrease in physical interaction, a loss of motivation, and an absence of feelings of love among couples. It’s a slippery slope from there. When people are physically unfaithful, it is usually because there is a need not being met within the relationship. This occurs with emotions, too, except emotional unfaithfulness can actually be more damaging to a relationship than the physical. In most cases, physical unfaithfulness is driven by a lack of emotional commitment. Where do most find themselves when emotional affection is lacking in their relationships? Many times, people run to places where they can receive attention and feelings of importance, and often, this comes from a person of the opposite sex. Although
32
it may not lead to a physical interaction, the emotional need for attention is being fulfilled someplace else. Thus, the emotional commitment to a relationship begins to fall apart. When this happens, unfaithfulness in the physical sense, and even more in the emotional sense, are at high risk. The relationship is on thin ice at this point. Emotional commitment is more serious than people realize. We tend to place so much emphasis on the physical side of a relationship that we ignore the fact that the foundation, or emotional attachment, is cracking and failing. Without this groundwork, the home that everyone sees will collapse. Couples need to keep their emotional commitments in check. If you feel like you aren’t receiving the attention or affection you need, instead of running to other places to fill the void, talk to your partner and find out what’s causing the deficiency. Emotional faithfulness is the foundation for a long-lasting relationship.

LIFE EXTENSION IN A PILL
Medicine is constantly making strides when it comes to the quality of our lives. Recent studies show that future advances in science and medicine will most certainly continue the current trend towards longer and healthier lives. With the next phase of advances, the way we approach the different stages of life will change. One day, we will be able to radically extend the human lifespan by simply taking a daily supplement. Such a pill is already available. It is called TA-65, and its developers feel this drug may be the key to extending one’s life for several years over the normal life expectancy. They also claim this compound combats the aging process and the diseases and conditions which shorten life. What is TA-65? TA-65 is a compound extracted from the Astragalus plant, a staple of traditional Chinese herbal medicine. It is one of a class of agents known as telomerase activators, compounds which ‘activate’ the set of enzymes known as telomerases. Telomerases act on chromosome endings, or telomeres, to resist the shortening they undergo with successive cell division cycles. Chromosomes must remain undamaged for the cell to function normally and to remain alive. With each cell division, the telomere shortens. After a number of cell division cycles, the shortening affects cell stability. The stimulation of telomerase activity to offset for the shortening would thus be expected to overcome the consequences of shortening and allowing the cell to remain youthful, functional, healthy, and viable. Is Telomerase Research Important? Absolutely. Telomerases have a role in several genetic conditions like Progeria,
34
By: Dr. Harvey Jenkins, MD, PhD
or premature aging, and in other conditions like anemia and in certain types of cancers. Validation of its importance came in October of last year when the 2009 Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine was awarded to Dr.Elizabeth Blackburn and Dr. Carol Grieder for their research that led to the discovery of the telomerase enzyme. The potential for the use TA-65 as an anti-aging agent was a direct result of this telomerase research. Human trials of TA-65, whose subjects were men aged 60 to 85, demonstrated that TA-65 seemed to slow down and reverse definite signs of the aging process. Signs of advancing age, visual decline, and loss of skin elasticity were seen to reverse and improve within one year. Other improvements seen in the test subjects were in BP, the activity of immune cells, and in sexual function. As expected, the actual lengths of the telomere in the study subjects also increased, rather than decreased, over the year. No side effects or adverse events from taking TA-65 were reported. What is the cost? For a mere $18,000 a year, you can take the TA65 supplement. At present, it can only be obtained through a handful of physicians around the country who have been licensed by the compound’s distributor, TA Sciences. Dr. Harvey Jenkins is a Harvard-trained Orthopedist and Spine specialist, practicing in South Oklahoma City. He is a Wellness blogger, and is also owner and Medical Director of BodyTrends, the ElectroSpa, in OKC. For more info or questions, contact Dr. Jenkins at info@bodytrendspa.com.

OKLAHOMA LAWS?
Oklahoma Laws: Fact or Fiction? Most people have read or heard about crazy Oklahoma laws, but how valid are they? There are countless websites and blogs devoted to spreading the word of outrageous state laws from around the country; however, the sites rarely cite the statutes or municipal codes from which the laws originated. Women doing their own hair without being licensed by the state, whale hunting, wearing one’s boots to bed, and walking backwards downtown while eating a hamburger are all considered to be illegal in our state, according to these websites. Albeit entertaining, but are they accurate? Most of these laws have long since been repealed, misinterpreted, or exaggerated for entertainment value. For example, whale hunting is illegal throughout the state of Oklahoma. While it is true that hunting or gaming protected wildlife is prohibited, nowhere in Oklahoma statutes is whaling mentioned. Nevertheless, there are some seriously outdated, overlooked laws in Oklahoma, which anyone can research on Oklahoma States Court Network (www.oscn.net). 1. Blasphemy is a misdemeanor, punishable by either a fine between $75.00 and $500.00, or imprisonment in county jail for up to six months, or both. (21 O.S. § 903)
O.S. § 872) 6. Eavesdropping is an illegal offense, and the offender may be fined between $20.00 and $100.00, or by imprisonment for up to ten days. (21 O.S. § 1202) 7. It is illegal to wound, or trap any birds, destroy any bird’s nest, or remove any eggs from a nest within any public cemetery or burying ground. It is punishable by a fine of $5.00 per offense. (21 O.S. § 1684) 8. Although tattooing humans has become legalized throughout Oklahoma, one should think twice before tattooing animals. In Oklahoma City, tattooing a fish is illegal and is considered a Class “B” offense. (Municipal code, § 8-117) 9. Liposculpture... Many of us realize the importance of eating well and staying active, but what about those pesky areas of fat that are resistant to diet and exercise? For reasons such as child birth and areas that are predetermined to accumulate fat, body fat on an adult tends to gradually increase after the age of 30. Men and women are both affected by an inherited tendency to localized fat in places such as under the chin and the abdomen. In women, the common places of resistance are the areas known as “saddlebags,” under arms, thighs, buttocks, and breasts. Men tend to be concerned with over sized fatty pecs and love handles. For many people who have these problem zones, Liposculpture is the only realistic way of significantly changing the look of your skin if there is still excess fat hanging around. When most think of “lipo,” their concerns are going under the knife, and the risks associated with surgery. However, technology today makes the experience very different from the commonly known procedure of Liposuction. A local anesthetic, combined with epinephrine, makes Liposculpture a procedure during which you can remain awake. Along with the benefit of being conscious, you can also monitor the process and avoid the dangers that are associated with anesthesia. Also, you can expect to see results as quickly as 4-6 weeks post-op, compared to the usual 12-16 weeks with Liposuction. With the decrease in pain and swelling, you can return to daily functions immediately with very few limitations. As with any surgical procedure, there are a few minor side effects, such as bruising, swelling, and temporary numbness. These are to be expected, and most are happy with results and surprised at the short recovery time. Liposculpture is not for people who need to lose a great deal of weight. It is strictly to produce the greatest possible aesthetic result. It is important to note

that it is not for generalized obesity, though there have been a few success stories. A good candidate would be someone in good health and with realistic expectations. Most patients are of common size who struggle with the areas that are localized accumulations of fat. The cosmetic success of liposculpture is often the result of removing an amount equivalent to a half-pound of butter. While this amount of fat is relatively small compared to a person’s total weight, it can produce a dramatic change in the overall look of the body. Swimsuit season is just around the corner and it is exciting to know the possibilities of a more beautiful you. It is important that you feel comfortable and have any concerns ready during the consultation with your doctor. Your top priorities should be safety, excellent cosmetic results, and rapid recovery. Continue to maintain a healthy diet and regular exercise, except this time imagine the confidence knowing you have an amazing silhouette and a body you deserve.

Buddha Tao has recently crested its first year in Oklahoma City, and has proven to be one of the most dynamic and tasteful sushi eateries in town. One of the many things that set Buddha Tao apart from the others is its elegant and unique decor. When you arrive, you are faced with the decision to sit at the sushi bar, in Ju Ju Den lounge, or the spacious dining room. You can also escape upstairs to the Opium lounge for a more private setting. Whatever your seating choice is, you will have an upscale dining experience with an array of reasonably priced delicious entrees. Choosing a sushi roll is difficult because Buddha Tao orders its fish everyday for maximum freshness and taste. All the entrees are made to order and are presented in style. We chose the Santa Fe Roll, which includes chipotle cream cheese, tempura fried

asparagus, yellowtail fish, and cucumber. After the dish is rolled in masago, the chefs top the roll with fried crab, lemon wedges, jalapeĂąos, and flying fish roe. We enjoyed this dish with an appetizer called Monkey Brains, which is a Fresno pepper, cut length-wise and seeded, filled with minced sashimi grade fish, basil, cream cheese, and is tempura fried, then paired with a shanghai dipping sauce. Whether you are visiting for an upscale dining experience, the $10.99 Power Lunch buffet, or the $3 select sushi rolls and $2 Sapporro happy hour, Buddha Tao is a dining experience no one should miss. Old man winter has packed his bags and is moving out! It’s time to get out of the house and office and head to the golf course! Returning to the golf course after a winter hiatus can be frustrating, your swing may be off, or those clubs may not feel right. Most golfers tend to blame the equipment, i.e. the clubs or the golf ball. The Golf Club at Cimarron Trails, in Perkins, Okla., along with Cowboy Bob’s Discount Golf, in Stillwater, will be hosting the 7th annual “Swing into Spring” Demo Day on April 20. Stop by Cimarron Trails from 2 to 6 p.m., this event is FREE to all ages. If you are looking for a new set of clubs, or just want to test-drive the new 2010 line of products from Titleist, Cobra, Callaway, Taylor-Made, Adams, Cleveland, Nike and many others, come visit Cimarron Trails. What if I could tell you that I could guarantee better play, longer drives, and more endurance in your golf game? Would you believe me that in a lot of cases all these results come from flexibility? It’s absolutely true! I very rarely see anyone one the range go beyond a couple of practice swings to warm up but the golf swing itself is a very dynamic movement that includes a variety of different muscles. In a world of sit too much and not move enough, it is essential to warm up before activity to prevent injury and increase endurance. Chances are you know exactly what muscles need to be stretched and warmed up if you have ever swung a club but commonly, I find amateur golfers having joint restrictions (i.e., “tight” muscles) in the lower back, hamstrings and shoulders. Restrictions in these areas cause the golfer to compensate within the golf swing. As a result, it’s beneficial
Golf FlexibilIty
for the amateur golfer to target these three areas of the body in their golf flexibility program. • I recommend such a golf flexibility program be performed a minimum of 2 days per week; • Allow yourself 10-15 minutes per session in order to execute the exercises correctly; • Pay strict attention to technique during stretching and practice swings; • And be certain you are in good health and cleared by your physician before beginning any type of exercise program. Results come from practice and repetition. Add some flexibility training to your golf game and watch your game take off! IN FULL SWING The Oklahoma State Cowboys golf team is riding high in the rankings once again this year. The Cowboys were preseason ranked No. 1 and have battled to stay on top. They got off to a rough start in February, finishing fifth at the Mauna Lani Invitational in Hilo, Hawaii. Later in the month, the Texas Longhorns edged them out of a first place finish at the Puerto Rico Classic at Rio Mar Country Club’s River Course in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. Despite a few set backs, the Cowboys are determined to get back to where they started. According to Golfweek, the Cowboys have four players ranked nationally among collegiate players. All four have also been named to the Ben Hogan Award Watch List. Kevin Tway is a junior at OSU and is ranked 14th in the nation. He is the son of former OSU Cowboy and professional golfer, Bob Tway. He has two top five finishes this season. He finished first at the Puerto Rico Classic and third at the Mauna Lani Invitational. Morgan Hoffmann is a sophomore at OSU and is ranked 16th in the nation. He is from Wyckoff, New Jersey, and he not only plays golf, but also played ice hockey and baseball before entering college. He has won numerous awards including the Phil Mickelson Award as the nation’s top freshman, was named the Big 12 Player of the Year, and New Comer of the year. Peter Uihlein is a sophomore at OSU and is ranked 19th in the nation. Uihlein is from Orlando, Florida. He has had two first place in-

Whitekiller is ranked 28th in the country and is from Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He tied for first in the Fighting Illini Invitational at the Olympia Fields Country Club in Olympia Fields, Illinois, finished third at the Ping/Golfweek Invitational, and eighth at the Mauna Lani Invitational. This Cowboy foursome is led by Coach Mike McGraw, who has been with the Cowboys for four years. His team finished No. 1 last season with five victories, four of the five by double-digits. The Cowboys won the 2008-2009 Big 12 Conference title and McGraw picked up his third consecutive Big 12 Coach of the Year Award. The Cowboy team has the talent this year to finish on top once again. The NCAA Regionals are held in May, followed by the Championship matches in June.
