Lozano Plaza Adorned With New Sculpture

The Greater Chamber of Harlingen held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Thursday, May 17, for Visit Harlingen to unveil a new sculpture at Lozano Plaza. The Harlingen sculpture was created by Alexander Comminos over six months and sits at the corner of Jackson Street & A Street.
