A SEAT AT THE TABLE RGV HIRES HOSTS INCLUSIVE WORKFORCE JOB FAIR

On Thursday, March 31, the RGV HIRES (Helping Individuals Reach Exponential Success) job fair and mixer was held in Hidalgo County. It was a collaborative effort between Mori Japanese Grill/ Kumori, Disability Chamber of Commerce RGV, Texas Workforce Commission TWS Vocational Rehabilitation Services, Workforce Solutions-Lower Rio, and Embassy Suites McAllen Convention Center.

In addition, DCC-RGV hosted the first integrative employer roundtable in the RGV. It was a candid conversation with local RGV employers and disability advocates about inclusive workforces.
