Fall-Flavored LTOs are Back in Abundance
We’re kicking off a new promotion year, so get your team involved in promoting LTOs and building enthusiasm for the menu items being served in the café. Love of Food brings new, on-trend flavors to December’s menu by celebrating two finalist dishes from the inaugural chef’s Innovation Challenge. The creative Three Sisters Jicama Tostada features a Mexican bean-and-veggie stack, with crispy jicama chips serving as a tortilla. The Tofu Poke Street Bowl is plant-forward with so many delicious ingredients, from quinoa and sweet potatoes to peppers and avocado.

Review pricing for all items in your cooler, especially considering ingredient and inflation costs. Use the Retail Pricing Tool to set new product pricing at optimized levels, and, if needed, move existing items closer to optimized pricing incrementally.
Reminder: Recipe Number Changes
With Simply to Go’s expansion in 2021, all Simply to Go recipe numbers were changed. These new recipe numbers appear across all our systems. FMS recipes now start with the numerals 211 or 212, and DRIVE recipe numbers start with 880. See Retail Ranger for a full recipe list.
