SKYEDGE SKYSCRAPER

“My architecture tends to be legible, light and flexible. You can read it. You look at a building, and you can see how it is constructed. I put the structure outside, -Richard Rogers. A structural construction concept with a notion of pushing the boundaries of typical skyscraper construction methods and celebrating it by exposing the exo-skeleton of the tower - external spine with braced frame and outrigger system. In addition, it has an active hexagonal modules facade system which changes in size individually allowing controlled daylight for the users.
