A BOUNDARY IS A LIMIT OR SPACE BETWEEN TWO OBJECTS; A CLEAR PLACE WHERE ONE OBJECT BEGINS, AND THE OTHER ENDS. FROM PHYSICAL BOUNDARIES TO EMOTIONAL BOUNDARIES, FROM DIFFERENT LEVELS OF BOUNDARIES, FROM LOOSE TO RIGID, BOUNDARIES HELP CREATE STRUCTURE IN ONES LIFE. THE CURRENT STRUCTURE OF THE MORRO BAY POWER PLANT IS OUTDATED AND OUT OF REACH. THE NEW MORRO BAY MUSEUM OF MODERN ART WILL TAKE A SCULPTURAL APPROACH TO LANDSCAPE. BECOMING AN ART PIECE WHERE IDENTITIES ARE DECLARED AND SPATIAL EXPERIENCE ARE CREATED THROUGH THE USE OF BOUNDARIES. EDGES AND BOUNDARIES WILL FORM A BERM WALK, CREATING A FOCUSED EXPERIENCE FOR ITS USERS BY BEING ENCLOSED AND IN TOUCH WITH THEIR IMMEDIATE ENVIRONMENT, WHILE DISCONNECTING THEM FROM THE BIGGER SURROUNDING ENVIRONMENT.
