Aman Gupta is a highly experienced solar industry professional with diverse experience in solar asset management, engineering, assessment, costing, design consultancy, and project management He is currently serving as the VP & Head of Asset Management at Amplus Solar, where he manages a team of 60 professionals responsible for the onsite solar portfolio of 350MWp, spread across 600 projects in India and UAE Aman has successfully created and developed teams from scratch, bringing in technology and data-driven approaches to monitor plants With a B Tech degree in Civil Engineering from IIT Delhi, Aman has achieved significant milestones in the solar industry, including the invention of a patentpending product, 'Atrium' Solar Pergola, which disrupted the residential solar market. He has overcome numerous challenges, such as the lack of proper solar-specific standards and frequent policy changes, to achieve customer excellence and long-term customer relationships.
