Mincemeat recipe

Ingredients : 200g red apples 300g raisins 100g cherries 60g lemon zest 60g orange zest 120g walnuts 500g sugar 4 spoons of rum 400 g pastry Preparation 1.Make sure all of the dried fruits are finely chopped to around the same size. 2.In a large bowl, mix all the fruit, butter, zest and spices together till well combined. 3.Dissolve the sugar in the brandy and pour it over the mixture. 4. Cover and let stand overnight.


Recipe for christmas Butter: 125 g Honey: 250 g Sugar: 45g Raisins: 75 g Salt: 2 pinches Flour: 225g Spices: 1 tablespoon Eggs : 2 Armagnac: 1 liqueur glass Sugar ice cream: 50 g Yeast: 1 teaspoon Preparation 1-Pour the honey ,butter and sugar in a saucepan and let melt fire soft. 2-Remove from heat.Then beat the eggs. 3-Mix in a large bowl salt ,five spices and yeast. 4- Add eggs then flour slowly,work with a wooden spatula to obtain a homogeneous paste . 5-Then add the honey mixture and drained raisins. 6-Grease and flour the pan.
