TM News 1.
NST selection
During the month we selected NST Learning & Development. She`s a very motivated girl, with a lot of love for AIESEC. Her name is Elena Spitsova, and she`s from Omsk, Russia. She was previously a TM CEEDer for AIESEC Albania, and was also an LCP of AIESEC Omsk in Russia, and now can`t wait to work with you more closely. A very warm Welcome to Elena, and again, we wish you a Great term with AIESEC Albania.
2. TM planning day On 31st we had an awesome and inspiring meeting, to plan TM initiatives and activities. It was a tiring day but very productive. We have a lot in mind for you all, and it`s all things you`re going to like. We`d like to say Thank you very much to everyone participating, it`s moments like this that remind us why we`re enjoying our time in this life-changing organization.
3. Conference Cycle We now have a draft of our conference cycle, and the people responsible from MC, for next conference, as you might have noticed from the OCP applications that were opened, will be Migle Barauskaite and Ergita Bashaj. The Conference will be in 22-24th of November, and we`re encourage everyone of you to take into consideration opportunities like OCP and OC, because it`s an unforgettable experience.
4. Coaching System A coach is usually an MC member who supports the LC to build healthy processes and meet the organizational goals. The coach ensures alignment with the needs and direction of AIESEC Alb and strengthens communication between LC-MC.
OGX News 1. IT GIP recruitment This month we launched the first official GIP recruitment in AIESEC Albania history! We are looking for Informational Technology students to go on internship with us and I (Migle) am hoping that we get a high turnout of people for this. Currently, we are only advertising on the internet but once the school year starts we will also be having events at universities. If you have any IT friends that could be interested, let them know!
2. NatCo’ 13 preparation Remember how cool conferences are? Well, we are now working on planning our national conference of this year. I am the Conference Manager and Gita is the Agenda Manager. We are still looking for an OCP though. Second round of OCP applications are now open and it is an incredible opportunity to get some experience in project/event management. I encourage everybody to apply. And don’t worry if you feel that you do not have enough experience or knowledge, this is a great opportunity to learn!

1. Final Event Summer Camp TU project, on the 15 August the final event of summer camp took place in EUT, with arround 70 people, with the trainees, AIESECers, students, partners and parents. We said goodbye to our first trainees, and we appeared in the newspaper :D Now we’re working on the final Repport of the project to present it to our stakeholders.
2. Helping Hand EUT tried during this month to get sponsors to the project Helping hand, 3 Centres we’re raised for the project and 3 NGO’s contacted. Unfortunatly even with all the effort, they couldn’t find sponsorship. But we manage to enlarge a great deal our contacts with other NGO’s and possible partners and TN takers in the future :D
3. Meet the Europeans Project from EUT, in November, 8 Trainees, they did the basic project development, and contacted the ministry in order to get the approval to start the project itself. More news about it next newsletter
4. New Skills for new jobs Project from EUT, in 2Cicles, of 4 trainees each, total 8 Trainnes. The main objective of the project is to provide quality professional courses to young people in order to provide them with practical skills that can help them enter the jobs market. It is in the development and research stage, new information in the next newsletter. :D Also anyone can apply to attent the trainnings.

ER Finance & MCP News 1. NST Selection & Transition
ER from august has a new member in the team NST BD Iva Koci. As you may remember she was previoulsy LCVP Comm in AIESEC TU and with the will of working again with AIESEC she took the challenge and applied for this new position. Let's wish her a successful term! :D
2. Statue changing
Considering it as an important procedure for AIESEC Albania we finalized this month the knowledge and consultancy about the statue changing. Expecting for the procedure to end in September! :)
3. Trademark registration
With this achievement AIESEC Albania highlighted its purpose of honoring AIESEC history and brand.
AIESEC International Congress 2013 | Egypt This August in Sharm El Sheikh happened historical by its size IC attended by 750+ delegates from over 120 countries. For me it was a huge honor to represent AIESEC Albania to the network there and to build contacts with people from different countries. Moreover I had a responsibility to take part in decision making process defining next direction AIESEC will follow globally in nearest future. IC was a great tool to learn, get advises, inputs from different prospectives from people I was communicating to and to share knowledge we are working with in Albania. Adding value gave Youth to Business forum with its fresh look on youth and opportunities in front of us. Highlight of this IC was a way Congress Committee managed such an event in a situation Egypt faces now – CC simply did a great job!
