AIESEC What is AIESEC? AIESEC is currently the world's largest organization of college students and a reference in promoting international internships. Present in 124 countries and with over 60 years of history, AIESEC states increasingly as a platform where students and recent graduates are starting to build their international career.

The International Internship Program of AIESEC has as central features the quality and flexibility it gives the possibility to each candidate to choose a suitable stage to himself. The fact that it is run exclusively by college students, gives opportunity to its members to develop personal and professional level. When ingressares AIESEC shalt part of a team of a department and can organize a project or even participate in an international conference.

Export Today Project introduction

Export Today is a GIP Program that shows up in the market as a tool for the internationalization of companies and fits companies that export or want to export and companies in internationalization processes. Through Export Today AIESEC provides to companies the opportunity to receive international qualified human resources from the countries the company is interested in that will allow them to access international information about those countries. This program allows companies to become more competitive and grow in international markets through an economic and cultural exchange and a great experience of international trade. Companies have also flexibility to receive the trainee(s) in the period of the year that they want and to choose the trainee(s) profile)

OBJECTIVES: • Facilitate international and export processes; • Give to companies access to international students from the countries they are interested in and that we have supply from EP side; • Allow companies to reach external markets in better conditions.

Export Today Knowledge of Foreign Markets International expansion or Export to New Markets or Stengthen your business in the markets you are already present If your organization needs to acquire knowledge and resources to a specific market. A trainee of that country is the perfect way to explore the possibilities and opportunities by conducting market research. Good knowledge of the local market to identify potential customers and / or partners, ways to improve distribution channels; Knowledge of the language , culture and local customs and contacts; Knowledge of local requirements, licenses , terms of delivery . Improve relationships with existing business partners or their local units ; Train the trainee in Albania, with the aim of employing him/her in their country of origin; Create a new or improve you marketing strategy

Talent Pool

Benefits for companies -> AIESEC organizes visa, work permit and housing support. Our services are aimed to minimize the administrative inconvenience that may be associated with hiring international interns. -> Access to human resources with specific knowledge of certain markets through external and good linguistic knowledge; -> Access to independent, dynamic and initiative interns; -> The trainees can develop market research, competitor analysis, contact with potential partners, etc. in international trade or work in other departments. -> Our integration process enables interns to easily adapt to working and living in Albania, ensuring that they make an immediate contribution to your organization.

Project Phases

1. Identification Profile After agreeing to receive an international intern, you define a task and the profile of the candidate based on their needs, filling a job description for that purpose.

2. Internal filtering Your account manager will look for interns who fit the profile you set. All internship seekers who arrive at our pool went through a series of interviews in their country of origin. This is done to ensure that all candidates are qualified for stage work and are professional people.

3. Candidate Selection After a interview online, you decide if any of the candidates suitable, if not consider , a new list of candidates will be presented.

4. Visa and Work Permits & Preparation AIESEC will handle visa and work permits where necessary. Exceptionally, you may need to send some documents required for obtaining a visa. AIESEC supports with an intense training and cultural preparation and ensures appropriate accommodation for the trainee.

5. Reception Trainee & Integration Upon the arrival of the intern, we will make the various steps necessary: Reception at the airport, in the country registration, insurance and needed to open bank account. On the first day of work, the intern will be accompanied by a member of AIESEC who will be responsible for it during the internship. We will provide activities for the trainee to discover and connect with Albanian culture.

6. Evaluation So we can maintain a high quality service, we do periodic reviews, the company and the intern.The evaluations will be made at the beginning, during and after the internship
